Iraq was no where number 4 in the world. In funding, Iraq is not close to that. Nobody knows Iraqi military when there are several top military in Europe and Asia.

Ukraine is the largest military in Europe if you want to go to that route. They have up to 800,000 reserves and up to millions of readily available manpower ready to be conscripted in times of war. From 2014 to 2021, Russia has a lot of civilians that have military experience fighting the Russians. Again, Educate yourself. Russia is outnumbered in Ukraine. The only thing they lacked was arms, but now they are sufficiently armed.
