If I still remember clearly,there were specified course of study required.....1.political science 2.International relations and or deplomacy 3.Degree on foreign languages and a few others dat mr. poster may call useless. Who says a philosopher and a pol.scientist cant be an employer of labour by the virture of his course? The thing about a ministry like foreign affairs, is that your can get posted out of the country immediately. You are entitled to go with your family all expenses paid.
