I did this. Still didn’t see it. I can’t see a specific document upload request The only thing I see is this letter.

Hi guys. Please I received the letter below from the online visa site. How can I find what documents they’re asking me to upload. Also which section can I upload them to. Thank you

Hello house, I make payment since morning for the E-visa website, I was debited, but is not showing 'good' on the payment collum, and my profile is still showing awaiting payment, anyone with such experience?

Mine has changed to awaiting adjudication and the visa fee is a constant “PAID”. Did you apply directly on the dha website? And you have emailed the HACC guys previously right. .

Mine too is showing readybatch and my application is 2weks today, I applied on the 9th but travel date is in December, I wonder what ready batch means

Thanks. I checked now and it’s saying I have 14 documents yet to upload. Exactly the number under optional documents that I didn’t provide (they dont relate to me). I assume since these are optional, it should be a non issue and maybe they’re having a system glitch and that’s why it’s showing them as awaiting?

Also payment status changed from PAID to READYBATCH?

Click check status. The maximum upload allowed is 5mb. Merge all support documents together using pdfmerger and do same if need arises for others ( seem you passed this stage)
Reason i said this is because of the issues associated with doc upload and error message prompt.
Keep us posted.

Please I submitted my e-visa application, uploaded docs and paid. It’s showing status as “awaiting supporting documents”. Is this normal please and can I expect it to change??

I advise you write and dispatch a physical letter to them via vfs. Might not do much but it’s something.

No I only wrote to their customer care email
And to one motifs and veehendra also lambani but all I got in response was an automated mails response😭

I don’t think so. Naira cards don’t work for international payments and the e-visa fee is in rands. Get a virtual USD card from FW or ask someone you know abroad to use their card.

Hello guys. I have a trip coming up soon. I applied for the sticker tourist visa via VFS first week of September. No response yet. I’m currently considering 2 options, please can you let me know which path is best or if I can do both
1. Write a letter to the High Commission requesting for speedy processing and providing more information that might support my application

2. Apply for the e-visa. Can I have 2 applications running simultaneously?
