Long and short is you want to lie. Please feel free to lie and add the one year (as per your aunt ). Then when your history doesn’t jive and you chop 5 years ban, you can appeal to them to lift the ban (they can do that if you appeal well).

Good morning All,

4. I have my Aunty in HR dept; I just clocked 2 years in my current company(Nov 6). As a contract staff, they did all the interviews and processes but would prefer to contract through 3rd party to avoid paying some benefits. Our offer letter/employment contract comes yearly
is being changed after each year. They only send payslip and salary(i doubt kos some told me the company send it with their name) basically we don't know em.
. I want to know if I could add extra 1 year in my ref letter(As per my aunty) Is there a way IRCC would know about this underground work.
Tho nysc can count (don't know the process) but by my job requirement might not permit me to go and do so in Rivers State.

Please i need this infos b4 creating EE profile.

Thank you All

If you have checked the CIC website for the NOC that fits your JD, then post the NOC you found during your research. People can then look through it and see if it matches.
Heartduchess:
I have checked several times myself, the first one is close to marketing role however i have searched endlessly for the 2nd role of Structured Finance, so i decided to seek for help so i can further validate the first and possibly get a pointer for the second.

No offence but Do you want someone to go to CIC website and scroll through all the NOCs for you?
Your best bet will be to do that research yourself, choose a couple that are similar and then ask people to help you confirm..
Heartduchess:
Please can someone help me, I am yet to get a feedback. Edakun epp me plix

Renewal of vow is different from marrying at a different registry. Renewal of vows is acknowledging that you’re married but just reiterating your vows to one another. It’s not the same thing as “getting married” 30 times to the same person. Will the court give you a marriage certificate for every time you renew? If yes then why did you say she should go to a different registry ?
Eraytee:
Have you heard of renewal of vows? Please it is never illegal to marry your spouse more than once, you are not married I guess so you might not understand. When i get to canny if I choose to renew my vows with my spouse. It is allowed. So go and do your research well and com back. If you like marry your spouse a mil times it’s never a problem. If you ever been to the marriage counseling process in the court you will know that you can renew your vows under the law. Lols @bold am the husband... don’t get confused about my name am a man.

This is wrong. Ednut is actually right. Work experience eligibility is assessed as at ITA and not AOR. What the VO will consider is “were you qualified at the time of the draw to receive the ITA”? If the VO removes the point for 3 years experience from your actual point will you still be eligible to receive the ITA?

Remember you’re responsible for whatever information you give. Regardless of what the system is currently showing. Your letter will probably state different and when the VO calculates based on that...

Eraytee:
@bold is correct, If the AOR comes after completing 3yrs as said by @blissnenye the applicant would be ok because if you calculate the work experience as at AOR and it clocks 3yrs you are good, same thing goes to age

What is wrong with you!!! They’re trying to tell you to desist from using fake work experience and you’re saying calm down. Did you work for your uncle for the 3 years? Are you currently working for your uncle? If you run a Keke business you’re essentially self employed. Why not use that one for experience?
Note that when you fake the work experience with your uncle, it might result in had I known of “5 years ban”
You all make everything hard. Mtchew.
Victorex001:
Chief! Calm down pls, I just clarified that the company is owned by an Uncle who’s ready to give me all support and documents to back it up.

You want to start your application with lies and untruth. Why not take the option given to you of hiring as a caregiver. Moreover is your placenta tied together?

Thanks for the response. Can i back date...

Mr ednut. I agree with point 1 but point 2 is very assuming of you cos nowhere in my write up did I imply anything of that nature. I intended to be polite and merely needed to confirm. I was very specific when I said it was to sort out an argument on ground and our interpretation of the cic website and also a post on a popular Facebook page implies this wasn’t possible. Next time before you “dive” to conclusions maybe read and understand the sentence.
Thanks for the story you linked but she used just NOC 4035. Except I’m missing something. Search button then.
ednut1:
this is actually a funny question. 1. You have not used the search button- i did and could find many examples e.g villagegirl ppr story. 2. You are implying the person is not telling the truth. Sigh.

Hello. Please do you know if there has been anyone that successfully combined 2 NOCS to claim points and got the PR. I’m not asking for myself but for some persons that have been debating this issue. Our interpretation of the CIC website and also the “Ask Kubair” page on Facebook says otherwise.

Stencil:
You can combine different NOCs to get to 3 years. Only one of the NOCs/Job needs to be continuous for one year.
In your case, you have enough for 3 years.

Hello. Please did you have to state the allawee on your reference letter and attach the bank statement? Please let me know. Thanks.
bezimo:
I used NYSC too and it worked 100% as I m a PR now..Claim 12 months. Because technically it is..if you count from camp day 1. But make sure the dates you use indicate 12 months. You don't need to upload Nysc certificate during your application.Just make sure where you served use a letter headed paper for the reference
and they put those dates indicating 12 months exact or more...among the other compulsory requirements for the reference letter..
TravelRe: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 8 by slushy: 5:46pm On Sep 13, 2019
Please I have some questions wrt NYSC for proof of work experience. Is it compulsory I add the account statement for the allawee?
Secondly, I was paid in cash and my PPA is stating this on the letter. Is this enough or I need to do an LOE?
Thirdly do I need to mention it at all (maybe via an LOE) that it was NYSC or I can be silent on this?

Thanks. I spent 3 diets. I'm not trying to be untruthful I just need to get it right.

Do you have an idea what I can put for the level of education?
hayoakins:
How many years did you spend? Some cleared within 2 diets (a year), some 4 (2years)while others 4years. The answer should be personal.

Be truthful and save yourself stress.

Cheers

Hello guys. Please I need help with filling the EE form. For those that used the ACCA diploma in accounting, in the part of complete/full academic years, how many years did you input? Also the level of education, is it one or two years diploma or bachelors? (Please note that this part is different from what it was evaluated as).

Thank you.

Please can you explain the last line. What do I do about employment prospect and which effort do I need. Do you mean employment prospect after studying?
Qudkom:
Yes that's a good idea. Let your mum be a cow sponsor. But have your sister if possible transfer your living expense and 1st semester tuition. Also I will advise a statement of explanation to verify your sister is single with no dependents. Also throw in one or two family pictures past and present especially the ones where you two were doing silly things.

Your employment prospects are very weak. You need more effort.
