that school is a private university own by oshiomole,he use Edo money on it and cover up his tracks saying it's a private investment with the state having 30percent in it..all na wash....this will be expose if he doesn't have his cronies in that position,he is trying to put his village on the map just like the former governor did with there family own university in okada..smh too many scam in this country

depends on the finishing taste and materials use...24-40mil....things have gone up...u just will not understand that till u start building.Forget all this people telling u 3 to 5mil..When you enter and see that it can even carry you anywhere,you abandon the building.Thats why so many uncomplicated building this days..Housing depends on finishing,SO TELL US WHAT YOU WANT IN YOUR HOUSE AND WE ESTIMATE?

@opalu I want to build a upstairs..a single storey and I don't like those toilet pipe showing in the building which is common in benin here in my area because they just use 9inches for foundation,6inches blocks for the ground floor and 5inches for the first And 5 can't accommodate such...which is best to accommodate pipe, and the inches to use....then also should i go for y12 or y 16...a single storey building
