Many of us Nigerians like to play victims when we run into trouble in other countries. The rules are very simple, for you to drive you must have a licence. If you are caught you must submit yourself and not resist arrest. Because you can flout these rules in your country (Nigeria) or buy your way out doesn't mean its status quo in other places. He's lucky its not in the US otherwise the treatment would have been worse with many many criminal charges on his dumb head.
