Good morning hopefuls.
I hope you guys are all doing fine. I have been away for an assignment which has kept me busy all this while. I was hoping by now Alot of people have received calls, but you know, this is Dpr. They do their thing the way they want it to be done.

This week is green. I was told most of the successfuls will get a call. Forget about last week, it was for few privileged applicants. And believe me, their number is not something to take home. Over 300 GT/EHwill get calls. I wish everyone of us the best of luck.

P. S. I have not gotten any call or receive appointment letter yet, but I am still hopeful. My source told me from the beginning that he can't help much, but he will keep updating me about the happenings. It was God that did it for me during the test and interview. I am sure He will do it again this week. Fingers crossed.

Dear fellow hopefuls.
I hope your weekends are going smoothly. It's indeed a long wait, but the recruitment has finally come to an end. I wish everyone of you including myself the best of luck.

And pls, whatever the outcome of the recruitment may be, remember it's not the end, Infact it's just the beginning. If you made it good, otherwise God has planned something better for you. Don't do anything stupid for the the sake of recruitment. Your family and friends loves you.

Once again, wishing everyone the best of luck.

Good evening future colleagues.
I have a good news for you. The wait is over. Letters are signed and seal. Resumption is 6th August.

The successful applicants will get SMS and email starting from Monday 9th July. The emails and SMS will tell them where to go and pick their appointment letters.

Wishing everyone the best of luck including my humble self.

Good afternoon hopefuls.
This is going to be a short post. It's just to clear some information that I shared lately. And also to give credit where it's due.

It's indeed true, there are changes with regard to resumption date that was earlier contain on the letters. And for some reasons Dpr has decided to do some adjustments and push the resumption date to August. New letters are typed and will hopefully be signed within the week. After which the calls and emails will begin. Let's exercise more patient pls.

As for weather Dpr management are reading this thread or not, I seriously laugh. It's true some of them may read sometimes, but that has nothing to do with the delay. Do you actually think your post here will make anything? Lol cheesy

Infact some of them are coming here to know what's going on, as some of you know even more than them. Let me not forget to appreciate Tamihawtt and Legend90 for their efforts.

Bye for now. Will be back soon.

I said it before. DPR works like DSS. They sometimes play some roles to divert attention. This is the only way to achieve absolute confidentiality where only few knew what exactly is happening next.

Marvel64:

100% correct. I must really throw my hat off to DPR for being clever. Thanks for the update.

Good morning hopefuls.
It's very interesting reading all the comments on this thread. The end of this recruitment is here already. However, this is what I know for now.

- The letters are actually at the Dpr zonal offices. If you have good link, you'll have known this since last week. Marvel is right. Anyway, I am not forcing anyone to believe, but this recruitment will end this week.

Wishing everyone the best of luck, including my humble self.

So last week I told you guys 25th June is not feasible and some people here were writing long grammar. I understand we are all anxious, but there's nothing we can do but wait.

After making some calls this morning for an update, I was told nothing is coming out this week. So better keep yourself busy. Though Mr Tata hasn't call the shot yet, his body language says Alot about next week.

You guys should start expecting emails from Sunday, 1st July. There are just about 6 people working on all this recruitment brouhaha, and they are very professional and hardly reveal what's going on. That's Dpr for you. Lol

It's simple. When we said 25th June, most of us will be waiting to hear from Dpr that particular day. But it's not feasible anymore. That means we will hear from them much later. Most likely the calls will begin upper week, but there's still possibility they start calling late next week (Friday).

Bluemalam:

Let me get this straight...

So June 25th is not feasible as you said, yet "the next thing is dispersing of appointment letters and sending emails, which will probably begin next week"

Is the 25th not the start of the next week for receiving emails and APL's that we've been anticipating? So what's not feasible again since you've said we'll begin receiving notifications from the same next week? Honestly there appears to be sort of a contradiction except I'm mistaken.

Nobody was expecting to resume on the 25th to the best of my knowledge.

Please clarify.

Good evening future colleagues.
I am here to clear few things. This is not going to be a long post, as there's nothing much to say.
- 25th June dateline is not feasible. Sorry to break your heart.
- The recruitment is 100% completed. The next thing is dispersing of appointment letters and sending emails. Which will probably begin next week.
- Once Mr Tata gives the green light, the letters will start flying grin

For now, all eyes on mr Tata. The Man of the moment.
More updates will come when they are ready.

Good afternoon fellow hopefuls.
I am excited to be back here on this thread. Even when I deactivated my former Smartgrid account, I knew I will eventually comes back. The heat was just too much then, so I had to leave the kitchen Lol.

I have been following this thread occasionally as guest, and over time, alot has been said. Some are true while others are not. Most times I feel the urge to reactivate my account and comment, but then I ask myself; Is that really necessary? You know that kind feeling where you just want to be in peace wink

I want to shoutout to Neverdown, Ferguson, Marvel and Co. For their numerous contributions. Take this from me, they were telling the truth. Though maybe the info is not 100% correct, but I am sure they have sources from within. Bravo.

I am also excited that our boss lady Tamihawtt is back. Everything she shares lately is true. I am very sure she has first hand info. Pls let's be mindful of our comments, if you have any objections pls say it without insulting anymore. Criticized objectively. Because we are hoping to be a future colleagues and lets start respecting one another from this forum.

Okay here are some of the updates from my side.
- FCC has already issued COC to Dpr. I am 100% sure.
- Appointment letters are typed
- Mr Tata has traveled for religious duties. Expected to return tonight or tomorrow.
- Postings are already sorted. Based on field of study and where you are needed.
- Inductions will be in July. And in batches.
- It's very possible to get emails and texts this week.
- Most of the successful applicants were chosen on merit.
- Mr Tata deserves some accolades. He really fight hard for the those who knew no one. One thing about him is straighforwardness, when he said no is no, and yes is yes. If only you know how he fight for you, you all will be praying for him. Most of the stakeholders thought he was joking when he said 'he can't help their candidates if they don't perform well on the test and interview' but he did exactly what he said.

Wishing everyone the best of luck.
Will be updating when more info comes in.
