Only 24,422 candidates out of 89,231 candidates who sat for the 2016/2017 Federal Unity Colleges examination made the admission list.
This came to light on thursday as the Federal Government released the list of successful candidates into the Federal Unity Colleges.
The government also announced September 19 as resumption date for all Unity schools in the country.
In an analysis of the results, 46,869 candidates made the cut-off mark in the examination just as 24,422 candidates out of a total of 89,231 candidates, who sat for the examination have been admitted to various Unity schools across the country.

yesterday`s match was very very disapointing for everybody, my aged uncle, young uncle and neighbour were just complaining of a clueless coach and a bunch of dispirited and untrained players with excerpts. Watching these guys play almost made me cry; what i used to do on the pitch when i was just 14 was what a grown up like Sadiq couldnt do...he was the cynosure of criticism from all angles, the guy is a total failure! come to think of it, which kan injury Etebo come get? Imo produces the highest number of unity school candidates every year. Imo produces the highest number of candidates for WAEC on yearly basis. Imo is allocated the highest cut off mark in every FG entrance score. IMO STATE IS UNARGUEBLY THE MOST EDUCATIONALLY ADVANCED STATE IN NIGERIA!!!!!
