Reason why you're unable to place orders on AliExpress is because its a new card on the platform. Follow these steps in getting your card approved on AliExpress;
1. Login through browser(desktop version)
2. Click on My Orders
3. Click on My Appeals
4. Click on Verify
5. Documents you'll need are; scanned copy of bank statement, Passport ID, Your MasterCard revealing the last 4digits on it, then summit.

NB: It'll take 3 working days for them to verify you.
