Gbagada: with easy access to island
Magodo: easy access to Ikeja

Why haven't you considered Yaba?? Easy access to both the island and Ikeja

Good question, but Peter Obi didn't make this comment, the spokesman who made the comment never mentioned he was speaking on behalf of Peter Obi. But we understand that the paper will sell faster as soon as you say Peter Obi said it. The man is a phenomenon that can increase the force of every business, even dying Nigeria would have received life if Peter Obi was sworn in.

I have never seen such a man as PeterObi, everything he touches turn to gold, and miscreants will rush in the scramble for the crumbs, even taking sides with Apapa and abure to see how to cause mayhem so that Peter Obi won't come out from the party.

It's the loss of the whole Nigeria, not for Peter who is already made foe life.
Now it's taking sides with Apapa and Abure, before it was Abure and Obi. I know why you have lumped Apapa and Abure together though they are obviously not on the same side. cheesy continue.

This is more reason some people suffer in Nigeria more than others, Obi during the campaign said that the money donated directly to Obi/datti account will be managed by not only himself. Abure was accused by the party money and not the donation money and Obi has since accounted for all the monies that entered that campaign account. What about party campaign money? Why is Abure not saying anything about it but instead, OBI/DATTI campaign money?

And some yorubas who don't travel love igbos abi?

Igbos have higher percentage of people that travel to other part of Nigeria so what your point?

When your mother tell u these lies research before u speak

Ebonyi? Are you serious now? Ebonyi that was created recently? Lmaooo
Well we started on a fairly civil note but look at how quickly you displayed your trademark lack of refinement, and generally offensive approach to discourse. You should be ashamed if you had any shame at all. That is your business though.

Moving on:

Your claim was that Igbos don't hate anyone but I just showed you four groups the average untravelled Igboman hates naturally. You don't have to offend him for him to hate you on sight. The only other major tribe with such an outlook are the Fulanis.

Secondly, mentioned SW, North, Edo, and Ebonyi, but you fixated on Yorubas. Why? Is it that in your limited way of thinking, you've concluded that I'm Yoruba? Funny! Mind you, I never said Yorubas are not tribalistic either, or that there are no Yorubas who hate igbos but my view is that those Yorubas started to do so generally as a response to Igbo hate.

Long before the internet was invented, I was already hearing things like "Yorubas are dirty" as a child. That was my introduction to tribalism in Nigeria. And when you check the historical records, you can see that as far back as the 60s Nnamdi Azikiwe aspired to be Premier of the Western Region and almost succeeded, after helping to install Sir Michael Opara as Premier of the Eastern region! Is it characteristic of a hateful people to have given him that much room, although eventually he was scuppered?

Let me tell you the truth: of all the major tribes, Yorubas are by far the least tribalistic.

Hahahahahahahaha

This is like comedy. You should know that you shouldn't post nonsense that can easily be debunked.

This is Forbes real time rich list. You initially said that Forbes only compiles yearly information (a position that you have since fled from). It is obviously of value to Forbes, otherwise they wouldn't have created it.

https://www.forbes.com/real-time-billionaires/#6aa1e2603d78

This is Forbes list for January.

https://www.forbesafrica.com/billionaires/2024/01/02/the-top-10-richest-people-in-the-world-january-2024/

This is the Forbes list for July 2024

https://www.forbesafrica.com/billionaires/2024/07/02/the-top-10-richest-people-in-the-world-july-2024/

This is Forbes list for September

https://www.forbes.com/sites/forbeswealthteam/article/the-top-ten-richest-people-in-the-world/

But according to Smartypants, only the yearly lists exist and it's only Nigerian blogs that compile anything else.

I think I'm going to put you in the same category as the other comedians (only good for entertainment purposes). I'm not going to read your response because you have shown that you are not capable of producing something sensible and it'll simply be a waste of my time. The facts are clear and irrefutable.

You explanation is meaningless.

1) Nairametrics is not a blog.

2) Forbes and other non-Nigerian media outlets produce regular lists, in some cases real time lists, in some cases monthly lists, in some cases yearly lists, etc. There is nothing wrong with it.

3) Everybody knows that wealth fluctuates and in fact, that is one of the reasons for creating the lists. There's nothing wrong with it. Wealth also changes yearly, there's nothing wrong with it.
If you find what I just shared with you meaningless, it calls into question your ability to process information -hence your failure to find meaning in it.

If a list is updated every 5 minutes, which means it can change 5 minutes after you publish information sourced from t it, of what value is such a list?

1. Fascinating. What is Nairametrics, then?

2. There's no reputable financial media institution that produces monthly rich lists.

3. No, you clearly don't, or you wouldn't place any value on rankings that rely on a real-time tracker.

Okay, point taken, and thanks for the correction, but it sounds like you're only helping me prove my point. It's not even really about Osimhen, but it's about Osimhen's mold of striker. Lookman is an inside forward who requires the striker to create space for him either by occupying the centrebacks or by drawing them out of position. Osimhen in particular does this so well because defenders are terrified of him.

Yes, and that is what the mumu blogs rely on in announcing these so-called swings. But this tracker is updated every 5 minutes, and is therefore not useful for any such purpose, and their annual list, which remains the default position through the year, is not based on the real-time tracker as I've explained.

Have you noticed that these swings are only reported by Nigerian blogs? That is because they employ olodos who don't understand how the wealth computation is done.

forbes releases a wealthy list once a year in January every year, based on aggregated data throughout the previous year, and not the value of the individuals' wealth at the time of the report.

This is because, wealth by the nature of financial and other assets, fluctuates in a volatile manner.
