If you were supposedly smart and not a compound slowpoke, you'd know a research from a white man will be from his fellow dirty whites, not from all colors or blacks like you ass lacking, coonish low self esteem mongrel who believes everything they say

Admit it you're a pig, nobody will beat you.

You're the stupid one for believing a white man's research when they are well known to be dirty, they hate bathing.

So when you asked for medical research before did you mean research specifically done by blacks?

Can you hear what a mo.ron you sound like? I'm sure you can't and frankly, good for you.

When a airhead talks you'd know

Next time try not to white wash a lie like white people just to feel among.

1) The body produces oil everyday

2) Humans have different type of body skin so bathing twice or more everyday is okay for some.

3) Bathing everyday is hygienic for a healthy and comfortable skin.

If you like bath once a week it's no ones business, don't preach what is not knowing everybody can't be like you.

1. I literally advised bathing twice for our clime
2. I just shared a link from Havard with you that explains it all.

Why are you still being stupid?

In what sense? Can you elaborate?

If I may jump in here, bathing too frequently can remove essential oils from the skin. But the question of frequency depends on weather... Twice daily is okay for us here.

You expect me to take liars like Achebe and his co travellers who attempted to whitewash your atrocities ?

Here is my reference on biafran war crimes committed on hapless civilians.

Stick to your Achebe liars and co but I trust this author more because he won't need to lie about such grave war crimes and genocide if it were not true .

Funny enough Achebe actually confirms the brutality meted out to mid western tribes especially the Edoid groups. However, he took careful pains to claim they were merely beaten not killed. Reading "there was a country" really broke my heart as I lost so much respect for the man.

IfnobeGod20:
This your narrative makes no sense at all. Please what makes Peter Obi messed up? You even went comparing what happened in APC Edo State primary to what happened in LP party but went scoring own goal.
My brother, APC didn't conduct primary in Edo at the first instance. Hope just went there to fill up a form and allocated score for Idahosa and that would have caused APC not to have candidate if they had continued with that arrangement, if the case was taken to court. It was the leadership of the party that quickly changed Hope who was then the chairman of the Edo APC primary committee and replaced him with Cross Rivers State governor, who reconducted the primary.
Please, how do you expect Peter Obi to cancel a LP primary that was done according to law? Do you know what you're suggesting, lawlessness and that will also cause LP not to have a candidate if the primary was cancelled because Olumide would have had the right to take the case to court. These are two different issues. Yes, LP should have sat down before the going into primary to study the political permutation but they didn't do it and that should not be the problem of Peter Obi because he wasn't member of the LP NWC that is saddle with the responsibility to conduct same. It's the solely the fault of the NWC to have made calculation of that. You should not expect after the did had been done, Peter Obi should fold his hand and not campaign for his party candidate.
Again, the only window available after the LP primary was Olumide to voluntarily step down and someone from Edo central but since he didn't do that, LP is handicap and you should not expect Peter Obi not to campaign for his party flag bearer, just the same way other parties faithful will file out to campaign for their candidates.
Blaming Peter Obi when the head had been cut off makes no pint of sense. The error emanated from the NWC of the party. They are the ones that didn't do their homework well.

Unfortunatley, while you are so quick to forget, others won't!

If Peter was such a party man, why did he indirectly endorse PDP's Fubara for Rivers in 2023 or rather, shun his own party's candidate, when he was still seeking Wike's support desperately??

Why did LP adopt the PDP candidate? Here's a little something to jog that faulty memory of yours: https://www.channelstv.com/2023/03/07/labour-party-dumps-gov-candidate-in-rivers-adopts-pdps-fubara/

It was stupid and evil to detonate pagers on such a mass scale. Most of the injured are bound to be innocent.
I will make an illustration since you are finding it so difficult to understand a simple scenario. Let's say an Hamas member is driving a bus full of civilians and his pager explodes suddenly. What do you think will happen. I'm Christian but Israel has turned evil and should be corrected before the Arabs get nuclear technology which they are less than ten years away from.Stop supporting evil.

Now you just sound pained that hezbollah took a blow because while you are here creating your own imaginary scenarios, all sources out there point to hamas members being the vast majority of victims. So if you insist that most of the casualties are civilians, just provide a credible source that says so.

This is a horrible organization that dropped bombs on kids playing football just a few months ago, and have every intention to continue to do such if unchecked. If we check that thread, will we find any post of you condemning them or admonishing hezbollah supports not to support evil?

Anyway just help is with the source that shows that the majority of victims are civilians as you claim. Thanks.

Without being disciplined, how would they be effective please?

This counter-argument takes reductionism to ridiculous lengths. I never said the Nigerian army was considered not to have any discipline at all. Every army has some discipline or it wouldn't be an army. That also means that for an army to be noted for its discipline, it must be exceptionally disciplined in comparison to other armies.

Now, what does discipline imply in military terms? The ability to strictly comply with regulations and tactical instructions. Can an army that was prolific at coup-making be considered disciplined? Can an army that is renowned for rights abuse be considered disciplined? Certainly not when compared to other armies.

Was the Nigerian army disciplined enough to execute its tactical imperatives well? Yes. But it has always been too indisciplined in other ways to be considered disciplined on the whole.

It's really that simple.

I clearly used the word "considered." At no point have I expressed my personal opinion on the question of whether the Nigerian army was disciplined or not. You don't need to roam about seeking unnecessary arguments.

Until the emergence of boko haram, Nigeria army was considered as one of the most disciplined worldwide.

Events over the years, especially after 2009 and aided by corruption, our Nigerian military on a much lower ranking. I believe that we can do better than what we presently experience.

Nigeria's army has never been considered disciplined at any time. It was rather considered to be quite effective. Disciplined is the wrong word.

I did not see the report you posted earlier about how the issuing decision was made. I was just going on the report posted which seems to imply it was a take over of duty by the Navy. So the question should arise ... if they can do that...what will stop them from doing same with another agency?

And yes...they can do so ... legally .... under Executive Order .

I don't see any part of the report here that implies this. Can you highlight it?

Did the civilian authority direct the military to issue licences? If they did ... or did not ...it is still inherently wrong. If they did ... under what law do they have the right to do so? ... or isn't there protocols governing such decisions? Can the Army Chief or whatever wake up tomorrow and decide he will control the universities? ... since there is no law preventing him from doing so? No doubt.... he will be considered acting above the law ... but technically he will not be because there is no law saying he can't. I hear you. Let's not get technical for this is how dictators begin their journey ... one step at a time. He needs to be stopped .

1. Obviously this was done under the direction of civilian authorities. I shared a resource earlier that provides some details on the framework of the arrangement, and it involves three civilian agencies, not the Navy alone.

2. The President can order such arrangements by way of executive order, provided there is no law forbidding it. Such executive order will then have the force of law.

3. The Army Chief cannot wake up and control the universities tomorrow or any other day. There are a plethora of laws that would stop him, including laws that govern the NUC and by extension the universities. Furthermore, of what use is such a question when clearly the Naval chief did not just wake up and assume the right to grant licenses? Where did you get this idea from??

Nigeria is supposed to be a democratic country. The military should have no say in civilian matters ... let alone be issuing licences. That is the responsibility of an agency. What is the responsibility of the Navy? No doubt ... they can assist in enforcing laws ... which involve checking licences ...but issuing them? ... that's above the law. If the Government was a military one ... then no problem ... it will not be inherently wrong to do so ... but in a democracy it is.
We have been so used to the military involvement in civilian matters that we see it as normal.

It is normal because the law in Nigeria permits it. The Armed Forces Act is clear in stating that the Amred Forces may take on police duties as and when needed. Now the question of whether that may extend to the granting of licenses has nothing to do with democracy. The question, rather, is: is this permitted or forbidden by law? If the law is silent on this, then there are no grounds for claiming it is above the law. Which law?

If the civilian authorities have directed the military to issue licenses and have not contravened any law that says they must not do so, in so doing, then there is absolutely no question of democracy or otherwise.

Would you support the Navy issuing fishing permits to foreign trawlers since illegal fishing is taking place by foreign vessels in our waters?

Same answer. It's not inherently wrong if it is done within a formal, legal, and transparent framework.

What would be your reason for opposing it?

I've observed you're not too clever, so your misguided comment doesn't surprise me, but you can manage by being more attentive. In this article, you were told that the Nigerian Customs Service routinely issues licenses for bunkering, which should have made you understand that there is illegal bunkering and there is legal bunkering. The point of this article is whether it is proper for the Navy to grant such licenses as opposed to the Customs Service. There is no illegal act here.

Slow minds should read the above thrice please. The more clever ones may wish to gain a better understanding by reviewing this page:

This is not inherently wrong if it is being doing within a formal legal framework. It's not relevant whether or not other countries do so too. We need Nigerian solutions for Nigerian challenges.
