you will surely notice their plan if you were asked to submit the bvn, as u know Nigerians are so sharp, they will manuever their way to get through in a wiser way. Phone number and account number give all the details which is secured also but bvn can expose you to the scammers which the government will not be happy to happen.

Wait oh! Are you trying to say only the unemployed applied for the job? The vacancy was opened for up to managerial or director level. Why would they want to employ some one with experience yet don't want them to be employed. Any bank account check will be after you accept the appointment.

I observe alot of candidates didn't make it to the interview stage. Secondly KDSG didn't post the number of candidate shortlisted for the interview. We should be grateful to God we that make it to this stage.

Have you noticed that after each stage of the recruitment exercise, less than half make it to the next stage?? from about 43k plus(Application stage:most screened out due to plagiarism and, or poor grammatical structure of the essay ) to 13kplus(Aptitude test stage: most candidates screened out because they couldn't make the cut off mark) to 5kplus(Screening stage: candidates screened out due to one or more of the following reasons: couldn't prove they wrote the essay themselves, couldn't prove the wrote the aptitude test themselves, no evidence of obtained certificates) to 1kplus(possible number of interview invitees) to 420 candidates( which is equally less than half of 1k plus). The information seems plausible.

The information I received today from a friend whose father happens to be a director and a member of the interview panel is contrary to the governor's information. He told me that a little above 1000 persons were called for the interview and the exact number to be taken is 420 candidates. He also said interview will be in three sections each covering 30 candidates that is 90 candidates per day. Anyone with good source should help us confirm. Though my friend seems to be sure of the information. Goodluck!

A colleague of mine here in ABU Zaria though studying for his MSc in another department told me he gets 59k in Kaduna SUBEB. I was surprised, don't know KDSG pays that much to primary school teachers. I don't know his grade level and step but I am sure he got employed during the last massive recruitment held in the restructuring of SUBEB by the Governor.

If the rumoured 9k were invited for the interview, it's expected that about 6500-7k will be GTs and 2k-2500 will be EHs.
Therefore, going by C12112 info, 1600 is about 1/4 of the population of GTs invited for interview.
Or am I missing something?

What he actually meant is that even those that didn't attend the interview will end up getting Apl through connections (back door)thereby reducing our chances. Assuming all speculations and information given here are true.

I just got an offer from one of the top Nigerian banks as a graduate trainee. I don't know if i should accept or decline it(trusting kdsg). Training starts in a couple of weeks.

Please house, i need your counsel on this.

Lots of people have been scaring me with the whole 'bank job is a nightmare' thingy. I know myself, once i go start the training, it would take alot to pull me out.

Graduate trainee has prospects. Your only fear with bank Job should be when hired as a contract staff, Graduate trainee are paid very especially Access and GT bank. This I am very sure of. I wouldn't for a second hesitate in accepting such offer.

I don't think our account numbers alone is sufficient for this screening you are suggesting. If they really want to verify any form of multiple salary, they would have also ask for our BVN.
Only our BVN can be able to give such information.

For those that were successfully screened, your data will be forwarded to the top three agencies of choice. The agency most suitable for your qualifications and experience will call you for interview. I heard some of us will have multiple interview invites.

My people many have a different to say of the experience on the screening. some got it hard and others got it friendly. Mine is group 1. Some groups do not provide options for questions and not friendly.
My interviewers were friendly for telling that I wrote big grammar and now finding it difficult to express. I said yes, bcs written one is easier for me due to time. They now said have your time, then I furthered pointed out my points from the essay where we later laughed and joked. 3 questions from my questions and options were given to everyone in that group. I passed all bcs I saved my CBT questions. Good luck to you.
