I remember when Jorhinho was mentioned. I said he's got no chance. Kante was also mentioned, again I said Kante won't make top 3.

The fact is Madrid fans, Ronaldo fans and any other anti Messi fans couldn't agree on one candidate to push against Messi.

They switched between and only accomplished spiting the vote and making it easier for Messi. Had they rallied around Lewandowski, he probably would have won. They went from Mbappe to Kante to Jorginho, to Lewandowski to Benzema to Ronaldo.

It's like VVD in 2019 when Ronaldo campaigned and took away votes from VVD. The gap between Messi and VVD that year was like 7 votes.

Either way, it's been funny to see the goal post shifts from G/A being the end all and international trophies being marginalized (with domestic titles - that too German, being important again) given how Messi has dominated that for the past decade and the narrative of international trophies and domestic trophies not meaning much has gone against him.

If Messi won the WC, the haters would find a way to marginalize that too and push Vini for BdO because he was the October La Liga POTM

Did you know that the odds of P. Bamford of Leeds United scoring a hat trick against Nantes FC is 1.14?

I know you're pained bro but here's the thing:

Nantes is a top division team in the French League so scoring against them is a big fit worth celebrating.

It's also Lionel's first goal in the league and it was stunning despite PSG going a man down.

Also, note that a 17th or maybe 18th placed team got United's ass whipped yesterday and even Ronaldo couldn't put a goal pass them.



So stop hating and drop the Bamford nonsense thing cos even the said Bamford may not make a first team in Nantes.

Why underrating this work of art?

I am a Barca fan, and a Messi boy and I believe any football lover would see the striking play pattern between Messi and Salah.

The split passes. The foot slicing passes. The cunny runs and the final finishes-of-the-aliens.

I'm never a fan of "how many" goals but how "fine" he's to watch.

I watch Liverpool matches because of Salah. Same way I watch Barca because of Messi and Neymar for the "chelete" steps.

I used to watch Chelsea during Hazard days too.

I can't be watching people running around field rigidly without pacy-drives and step-overs to help digest my beer. Mbanu!

Salah is great. He only needs to be consistent.
