Went to visist my grandma today, and just few minutes ago.

The fowls that usually sleeps at the orange tree behind the house started making loud noises.

he might have been shot from the waist region downwards looking​ at the way one of the robbers shot at him and given his high level of adrenaline he wouldn't have felt it then. The man tried.

remember the CCTV is high above 12feet, you don't expect the robber to raise his hands relatively close to the height of the cctv before u know he shot the officer some where higher than the waist region.. CCTV always captures from the bird eye view. consider that fact in ur analysis.
