There is high probability the Camon 17, 17Pro, Camon 18 Series especially the Premier, and Phantom X get the Update as some YouTuber confirmed.

As you have said its a probability, it may happen or not.. And i don't base on some youtube hear says, i base on reports from the manufacturers official handles..

4 or 8gb ram, Helio g70 or g85, no android update, 5000mah, plastic back, ips lcd screen, 4g network, 48mp wide camera, 12mp depth and a low light qgva sensor, 90Hz refresh rate. And a price tag of 135k+... This is a prediction...

Just download a trusted vpn (virtual private network) from playstore for android or app store for iphones and activate it. The vpn will help to hide your device location and it gives you a different ip address.
