PoliticsRe: Aftermath Of Yaradua's Death.what Next For Nigeria. by smithereen: 7:34am On May 06, 2010
What's Next?
Well, GJ should become substantive president. He should now have a free hand to implement a little bit more than he had been restricted to.
TravelRe: Nigerian Travels To The Us In The Tyre Of A Plane! by smithereen: 5:40am On Apr 28, 2010
Chineke God!
According to the report, this racket has been going on for a whilehuh Please when next any of your friends tell you they're going to USA, ask them which airline they are going with, and if possible call to confirm they have a seat on the inside part of the aircraft smiley . You may just save a life!

OK, to be serious, it's so sad the terrible options many are left to survive with: first I watched the BBC dumpsite report, then this.

O ga o!

Hmmmmm, This all makes me wonder how many of our yankee brothers posing on Nairaland went by "Tyre" huh .
PoliticsRe: Jonathan Goodluck - The Miracle Man by smithereen: 5:28am On Apr 28, 2010
Actually, I've noticed an improvement. The question is, is this one of those "good seasons" in NEPA PHCN? Maybe some trustworthy published figures regarding generation, transmission and distribution, would help allay my fears.
RomanceRe: My B/f Is Mad At Me Because Of My Innocent Dream by smithereen: 5:23am On Apr 28, 2010
Na wa o,
I think ur b/f may be a little detached from the day to day realities of running a relationship in a social world. If he can't handle a dream, how will he handle a real-life challenge? I just hope he doesn't end up causing a disconnect in your free-flow of conversation with him.
TravelRe: Is Ghana A Good Place To Start Up Life? by smithereen: 5:17am On Apr 28, 2010
Ol boy,
I'm just back from Ghana. At first it'll seem an ok place, but underneath, it's definitely not what it's all cracked up to be, especially since the confused Government of Attah Mills took over. But they do a great cover up before the world though. The 24/7 electricity, low corruption, lack of 419, security and all that are a whole load of bull. I may not give details, but I advise you to stay in Nigeria. It will be better worth your time, besides, I believe Naija is on the way up now.
PoliticsRe: Nigeria Why Hate The Truth - Fg Protests Bbc Documentary On Lagos by smithereen: 5:10am On Apr 28, 2010
When I watched that documentary, all I felt was raving madness at what our so called fathers have left for their children, some of whom would rather eat from dustbins than commit crime. I am not surprised that the same FG that has neglected the dumpsite residents for the past donkey years (except when they want to recruit political militia), are the ones puffing dust at the BBC for exposing their incompetent "Y***sh" before the world. If a Government cared for the people, they would be appologizing on air, and at least promising to do something fast.

God will severely punish the people who want us to continue suffering and smiling.
Car TalkRe: BMW X5 Vs Mercedes-Benz ML - Which Would You Choose? by smithereen: 4:55am On Apr 28, 2010
Haba,
BMW wins hands down. And incase the contest is even close, it's mad senior brother X6 (the sportscar tank), will finish the job.
