and to think she used to date Yobo at one time. |
are we supposed to mix all these or any of the above listed ingredients? oh, okay, I get it. Thanks a lot. |
i read it in an interview he granted one newspaper, that he had gotten married secretly and refused to reveal the identity of the wife. I do not think it is any of the baby mammas, if it is, I think it Annie. |
of course it M.I! no contest. |
Yule Edochie, Enyinna Nwigwe. |
My body type is prone to add weight and be flabby if I let go so I work out every morning, 7 days a week and eat plenty fruits and veggies. My typical menu for a day is Breakfast Banana smoothies mixed with low fat sugar free youghurt, or freshly sueezed orange juice mixed with lemons and lime or grapefruits, whole wheat bread with boiled eggwhites. Lunch Vegetable soup with unripe plantain flour; watermelon cubes or any available fruits Dinner Vegetable salad with no dressing or with olive oil and vinegar. I eat plenty fruits as snacks to satisfy my sweet cravings, though I eat "normal" food sometimes but I do not overdo it. |
a very big EWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW |
hmmm, this one you people are arguing who lives closer to the governor, I no know o, all I know is that the power supply has improved in my area, that is Ewet street, but is still bad at Osong Ama estate where my aunt lives, Nwaniba road, some parts of Oron road, Ikot ekpene road and other parts of town. I think it is selected areas that have the good light supply. |
well, power supply has been very good as at when I was there last week, had no idea it was the IPP. |
most definitely Yul Edochie, dude is hotttt. |

I drink water like it is going out of fashion, eat lots of fruits and veggies and exercise daily, that is really essential for good skin. I also take my bath twice a day ie in the morning and in the night before I go to bed. Once in a while, I do the mud mask thing, steam my face, use honey, milk, egg whites or avocado on my face. I love to go the au naturel way when it comes to skin care. |

ohh dear, I do not know what to say to you, just try to be strong, okay? everything will be okay. |
I used to do it alot when I was younger, I only stopped because well, it does not look nice, it does not feel gross to me, provided you do it when you are alone. I do not think I can do it again sha. |

yea Amaka BUT be careful so you do not get hooked! ![]() |
I have been reduced to a calorie counting freak and if I mistakenly eat anything that contains sugar or carbs, I do not eat again that day then I will work out like mad. I exercise every other day and am almost a vegetarian. I am the better for it anyway but I wish I can just take it easy on myself cos I am becoming a menace as my friends do not like to go out with me to restaurants cos I will be busy checking out vegetarian alternatives and most restaurants in Nigeria do not offer that. Even the salads come with highfat and high caloric dressings. |
this happened to me at Southern Fried Chicken in Wuse2. I went to buy chicken and chips and my bill was 1,450, I gave the girl 2000 naira and she said she does not have change then gave me my receipt on which was written "change-50naira". Need I say, I told her to go and look for the change since it was documented. This was not the first time it was happening to me, I just decided to put my foot down because I noticed that these sales people are like, "is this not ABJ where everyone has money? surely they can afford to part with 20, 30, 50 and 100 naira". |
Jevniks is the best, they serve lovely and spicey food here in Abuja at Wuse 2. The food is soooo wonderfully prepared, very fresh. it is not Juvenik, it is Jevnik's |
