Under normal operation, no other application's data consumption should even be moving

Wow! Let me reinstall it. I actually uninstalled it when I found out about its data consumption. I didn't get to monitor other application before I uninstalled it.

When in Lagos it's The BEAT (they are the first to play the newest jamz) or Cool FM. I switch midday to Rhythm for BigTime or Freeze. Early evening Sharing Life Issues with Chaz B on Rhythm network. After that I turn to Joyce and N6. In fact the options are too much.
But outside Lagos (OWERRI), it's Cool FM or nothing other stations dey learn work. I have to sit down somewhere in my room to get the signal from PH

I own a Galaxy Note II N-7100 and I'm trying to get one for a friend, when I compared the price of the Note II it is still on the high side compare to the newest phones.
I really can't fathom why the price is still up there despite the new innovations in current phones.
