so sorry this is coming very late, been very busy trying to wrap up projects due to the elections.
as regards your questions....

(1) yes am a full fledged architect but also into visualisations i.e 3d visual expressions and 3d animations for big firms

(2) well this aspect is usually handled by the client as it involves sensitive documents such as tax clearance certificates, certificate of occupancy, special development levy receipts, tenement rate e.t.c while we handle the construction documents to accompany the other documents to the physical planning office for approval and due to the logistics involved and our previous clients' inability to cover the logistics costs, we resorted to only do approval within Lagos State because that is where we are based.

(3) This depends on the kind of service you want, full design and visualisation i.e construction drawings as well as 3d exterior, 3d interior, 3d plan e.t.c, why i ask is because most of our clients build to sell so in other to attract buyers faster, they do full visualisation so that the prospective buyers have a close to reality idea of what the whole structure will look like. also if you'ld also be including other consultancy services such as structural and M&E services.

thank you sir, this is what we designed for the roof... the client moved from the united states to Nigeria and hates to see the roof membrane of buildings..so we had to add a parapet wall to cover it up and just to jazz it up a bit, we used differential heights for the parapet. we adviced the client tho on the unsustainability of roof gutters these days because of the need for re-felting every 5 years for optimum performance but he didnt care...aestheitcs to him is paramount.

Good evening, my able people. I initially wanted to post this thread on RELIGION section, but on a second thought, I considered it will make more sense to post it here. The issues to be discussed cut across FAMILY and RELIGION, hence my confusion over which section it should be posted.

My wife's been having recurrent nightmares. Seriously, she hardly have a smooth night. Its all screams and screams, and incessant dreams of death hovering around us. We have prayed and fasted, but the dreams keep coming. Whenever I'm on night shift, I'm also worried about her safety back home. Its either she dreams of our kids having serious attacks or herself being under attacks. Its really challenging.

A few weeks ago, we visited a pastor, and after some discussions he suggested we should relocate to another apartment/place. I pretended like I didnt hear him. When we got home, my wife brought the issue up again and I told her we werent going anywhere. I told her we should continue praying and believe God to see us through. We've been in our current apartment for a little over 5 years. Now she says shes no longer comfortable with the house and that we must relocate. Honestly, she hardly enjoys the place. Whether or not it got anything to do with what our pastor told us, I couldnt tell.

Today, she brought it up again. She had gone to see her business colleague, and according to her they zoomed off into religious stuff, and the issue of our house and the bad dreams came up. Of course, her pastor friend also suggested we relocate. A little argument came up and i had to leave the house. I'm typing from the office; night duty things.

My stand is this: being a Christian over a decade, plus knowing the fact relocating to a new place may not necessarily stop the attacks, I still believe we should ask some of our pastors to come over to our house and join us in prayer. I believe a Christian shouldnt run from demonic attacks, but should instead fight back and withstand these foes. Its my belief shaa!

I just renewed our rent for the year a few days ago. But my wife is still insisting we relocate. Her health and happiness, needless to say, is very important to the both of us, and I dont want to appear insensitive and selfish. What should I do? What if she is right? Should I stand my ground? What if I'm wrong? Too many thoughts crossing my mind. That will be the third place we will be relocating to within our axis.

Whats the best way to handle this situation? Please, I will appreciate all meaningful suggestions and advice....

A similar situation happened to a couple I know...they just moved into a new apartment and about 2 years later, the landlady died and was buried within the compound, a few days after, the wife started having horrible nightmares everyday till they had to move out, the wife first stopped sleeping there and luckily for them they had just a few months before their rent ran out the husband still slept there occasionally till they finally moved out...the husband is a pastor in MFM and the said landlady used to be very fetish when she was alive...burying stuff within the compound here and there. I believe your wife could be right, u could do a sort of reconnaisance within ur compound, conduct an investigation abt the people living in the house and the landlord/landlady. Even in MFM they advocate strong prayers to seek Gods face before u move into any apartment cuz aside some houses, there are some areas one can move into that can stunt ones progress...some'in like an environmental limitation. Hope this helps.

I wonder why jonathan and his supporters have resorted to this much character assasination as the highlight of their campaign strategy instead of showcasing watever it is they have as achievments...smh I guess the they realise its not gonna be a cake walk this time around. Even those who are his bullish supporters understand the fact
that he has lost so much ground but just cant bring
themselves to openly admit it. Truth is Jonathan is not a
born leader....he totally lacks that charisma, panache and
sophistication - the kind that generously oozes out of a
person like obama and even fashola to some extent. I really
don't blame him for his percieved "cluelessness" on many
issues....the man simply cannot give what he does not have.
A man who will commiserate with france for the loss of lives
of 17 people and keep silent on the loss of over 2000 lives in
his own country is NOT a leader! A man who will hire a fani
kayode who has a corruption case to answer on feb 28th as
his chief campaign officer, a man who can't even control his
wife not to talk of millions of diverse and complex people. A
man who will castigate someone who jails a corrupt official
simply cuz he thinks he stole just "little" ( I wonder wat the
chinese who sentence corrupt officials to death will think of
this). Nigerians are not as dumb as he thinks so he can
reduce the price of fuel to 5 naira if he wants....we just CAN'T
continue with this level of cringe-worthy absurdity in
government.........CHANGE!!!

I was already going to question this new offer myself cuz some things don't add up infact in every area of airtel data plans. How can airtel complete plan for 1.4k be allocated 3gb and unlimited plan at 1.5k for 2gb...why pay more for less? makes no logical sense and only points at possible hidden tricks airtel is tryna use. Also why will u offer 2gb for 2k on android plans and offer 1.5k for 500mb on BB 10 plans?....do android fones consume data much less than BB 10 fones? When we all know they consume data at the rate. Why so much disparity in their data allocation and charges...Airtel has simply been fraudulent and am so not buying this latest scam!

Call me old school but am not very comfortable operating and navigating through a phone on its screen lol. The passport for me would have been perfect if they had included the functionality belt (trackpad, end call etc)
