dipo2much:No. Some one like him would rather be on BODYbook. |
blacksta:Nice one. If the past and present leaders themselves are not recycled their accomplices are who are all too ready to do their bidding. |
the cuts and crack down on immigration is not unexpected. it was spelt out in their manisfesto |
good riddance to bad rubbish |
there are quite a few in the national and state assemblies. most have been caught at one time or the other fiddling with the national cake ![]() |
mexxyaaron:Sincerely i doubt they would win any trophy this season. Infact they will not win any championship until Arsene Wenger is fired. He refuses to spend money on quality players. Youth is good for sprinting not marathon, and that is what championships are all about. They would play beautiful football quite alright but when it comes to critical matches that's when they would again falter |
oh, when did he get married? |
likewise i am sure guys hear would be able to name at least 10 politicians who are lawyers yet have looted the treasury dry |
I agree with some points raised. italy is ruled by a right leaning party. berlusconi like sarkozy in france plays the immigration card anytime his popularity starts waning. |
this is already all over the forum/nairaland. check out culture, politics section etc. |
buzugee:its not as easy as you think. but back to the topic. . . . . . . . . . . |
@ mexxyaaron Nice one. I love his music though especially the the album with gra gra, nothing for you, etc |
I think it flatters our ego that we are still the giant of africa, the big brother, african police. |
careytommy:I agree with the last statement. Its an open secret that the military fight tooth and nail to be posted to international missions eg the UN and ECOWAS. Reason being they are paid in dollars and the military chiefs have opportunities to embezzle some cash. Therefore they would be outraged if Jonathan takes that line of action. |
you are welcome. all the best |
maybe your clients are too desperate to realize that they are being ripped off |
i suspect a whistle blower most likely an aggrieved fellow Nigerian must have alerted the authorities. Hence the dramatic way the immigration guys swooped on them during a rehearsal. |
mexxyaaron:are you judging his looks against someone like OBJ or Taye Taiwo? I dont see how his mask would genuinely transform the fortunes of the so called faceless man on the streets. The mask has helped boost Mr Lagbaja`s popularity more than any strenghtening the course of the ordinary man. |
the rogues at NFA will be hardest his by the withdrawals. the koreans will be pay the full fee to Nigeria if the key stars don't turn up. hence less money to embezzle. |
go through their website. try calling the number in their abuja office. the staff there seem to be more humane than the ones in lagos. at least you can speak to them for advice before sending your letter. their email ad also on the website. The best thing is to write them explaining what exactly happened with all your details including the reference numbers. I am unsure if you need to send your passport with this letter, or wait for their response before submiting the passport. |
if you have got two passports surely u would not need a nigerian visa as well with a nigerian passport. |
the stench and depth of corruption in Nigeria is unbelievable |
Bestglo:That was going to be my next question ![]() |
I notice that on Nairaland there are no specific sections to discuss local issues in Nigeria. In as much as national debates are popular and lively there should be avenues where issues concerning states and local government can be explored. Threads on state/LGA in eg politics section are quickly swallowed up by federal/tribal topics. So moderators look at creating a section for national issues and under it subsections for each state. |
which one is rent a ghost? |
i think he means changing the UN force from peace maintaining to peace enforcers. The soldiers are not allowed to attack the militias unless in self defence. Hence they have been sitting ducks out there in the desert. |
hustla:u don chop over feeding this morning |
there must surely be a catch to this |
hope the police would not pursue the 1.8 million naira, knowing them for who they are. PS. @ Poster which one be igbo criminals everywhere? una don come again |
e be like say you just begin dey trip for voltron all of a sudden |
these were popular programmes in the 70s and 80s. i guess times have changed and people have moved on. also the quality of graphics have massively improved. probably they should reinvent these shows in 3d maybe to attract newer young audience. |
