Nice Info...Operation No More Robots on Nairaland. Abeg make Oga Seun use CAPTCHA for comments on this forum because these days, a lot of robots have been having field days on here. My innocent 1 cent. |

ubanett:Tell your igbo brothers wey dey Lagos to dedicate just one day to close their shop and go for their PVC collection. INEC will not bring it to their shops. |
Thia man is definitely high on sophisticated weed. |
smudge2079:Abeg na who be the thief and na who be the robber?. For your info, there are other candidates that you can choose from. There are alternatives besides the devil and the deep blue sea. |
kliffo:My brother, I do not subscribe to that line. There are 6 states in the SW if I'm not mistaking. If the igbos in Lagos are shouting that their PVCs are being hidden, please what happens to the remaining 5 states?. By the way, how many Igbos are in the south west? The population of Igbo in the south west is not up to 15% of the total population of the region and over 80% of them are concentrated in Lagos. South Westerners are just noise makers. We just love making undue noise. |
Going by this release, it shows that the South Western states have the least percentage collection. Does this mean that my SW brothers are not politically sagacious or we are simply nonchalant?. I don't think I'm wrong if I made bold to say na only mouth we get for South West. If no state in the region can boast of 75% collection, it is indeed a show of shame for the region that brands itself the Political Headquarter of Nigeria. One thing you can never take away from my people in the northern part of the country when it comes to politics is their passion. They are very passionate in their words and they always corroborate their words with their actions. We (South Westerns), as a matter of urgency, really need to evaluate and change our political orientation because elections are not won on pages of Punch or Vanguard. Elections are not won by mere rambling and talking. Elections are won by having the right tools. If you are Team "CHANGE", your Sitdon dey look posture will not help your team on election day. Do the needful, get your PVC and change the story of your candidates from dreamers to achievers. If you belong to Team "TRANSFORMATION", no amount of miracle will transform your "idea" into realities if you fail to act wisely. Do the needful and transform your candidates from aspirants to winners. For those that may want to read ethnic bigotry into this post, I'm a born and well-bred South Westerner from the State of Osun. So please before you even say it, shut your mouth. |

ARES:Sir/Ma, it's such a simple matter here. No amount of technology embracing will bring your PVC from Enugu to Abuja if you do not follow the right process. You registered in Enugu and your card is sent to Enugu. If you want your card in Abuja, the reasonable thing you are suppose to do is ask for the transfer of the card from point of registration( Enugu) to your present location. INEC is not a magician that will know you relocated to Abuja except if you have a "GPS microchip" embedded in you that sends your movement data to INEC. About the example of withdrawing money from bank account, biko, it is not a related example to the scenario here. Please try and collect your ATM card from a bank different from the one where your account is domiciled and see what they will give you. They will give you a form to fill. Do you know what they call the form? "CARD TRANSFER FORM". You have to authorize the bank to request your card from where you opened your account to the location of your choice. That is exactly how INEC operates. And lest I forget, banks also embrace technology. Peace out. |
