UPP Candidate: Those who live in glass house do not throw stone. We in UPP will throw stone. |
DesChyko:My guy, you do well with your points and I totally agree with all of them but one. Number 3. Social Bonding. It is not by mistake dogs are called Man's best friends. Ofcourse, there are many angles through which we can view this comparison. If we are to go by size, endurance and strength, elephant takes it but speed, social integration and smartness, we gat give it to dog. Elephants belong to the jungle while dogs are landlords on their own among people. Nigeria is not a jungle my brother... ![]() |
This clearly shows PDP lacks creativity...If because APC campaigns with dog and PDP thinks for them to compete with APC, they should campaign with Elephant, it clearly shows lack of PDP's understanding of the dexterity and agility of these two animals. Comparing Dog with Elephant is like comparing power bike with Molue. Ofcourse Molue has the robustness but it lacks the speed of power bike. Is this no longer a race for the Presidential Election? Abeg make them put the two animals for track make we see which one of them go win. When the chips are down, na then dem go know how far. No be by how big, na by how smart. Dogs are way smarter than elephants. SMH for PDP. Dem for kuku use SHEPOPOTEMUS na. Like I always say, they are bunch of silly jokers. |

It really beats my imagination how someone would think that one old man/woman that does not contribute a shine kobo to my success in life will be the one telling me who I should commit my future and those of my unborn generations to. I only hear of these so called Yoruba Elders on paper or in the news. How have they contributed to the development of Yorubaland?. They have been developing their private pockets without having any considerations for the masses. And now that elections are around the corners, they are running from pillars to posts seeking who they will manipulate. If at age 18+, someone is still being manipulated on who to vote for, that person needs to visit Oshun river for deliverance. No Yoruba Elder dictates my life. Even my daddy over over 70 years can NEVER tell me who to vote for. Yoruba Elders my smelly foot. As I always say, they are all Bunch of Silly Jokers. |
tit:Did you read the post at all? And what brought Buhari into the issue, madam? Oh you think the case will hinder the amiable General from ascending the highest office in Nigeria? Think twice. You may need to look for the bolded in the post again if you deliberately or mistakingly closed your eyes to it initially: The order was granted as prayed by Ofili-Ajumogobia, who later adjourned the matter to April 29 for hearing. |
Abeg make dem reopen the case of Bola Ige too. Omisore ooooooo, dem dey find you for KiriKiri. Bunch of silly jokers. |
Alright...great men of substance. N |

In 1953, Enahoro became the first to move the motion for Nigeria's independence which was eventually granted in 1960 after several political setbacks and defeats in parliament. Enahoro has been regarded by academics and many Nigerians as the "Father of Nigeria State". However, his motion for Nigeria's Independence suffered setbacks in parliament on several occasions with the northern members of parliament staging a walkout as a consequence of the motion. Notwithstanding the defeat in parliament, a popular movement was started on account of this motion and the pressure was now built up against colonialism and there was agitations for independence for Nigeria, or at least self governance. S.L. Akintola attempted to revisit the motion for Nigeria's independence in 1957 and though his motion was passed by parliament it was not acquiesced to by the British colonial authorities and it therefore failed. In August 1958, Remi Fani-Kayode revisited Enahoro's motion and the motion was again passed by parliament but it's date was not approved by the British. Fani-Kayode's motion had called for independence to be granted to Nigeria on April 2, 1960. Nigeria was granted independence on October 1, 1960. In furtherance of the ever recurring Enahoro's Motion, a further motion was proposed to Parliament by Sir Tafawa Balewa in 1959 and it was passed. As a consequence of the sustained pressure, the colonial governor announced the decision of the Queen of England to grant her independence in 1960. |
