Where is the farm located? |
FOOTSOLDIER2:It's not BVN or NIN. It's BVN and NIN. Almost everyone has linked their accounts to BVN. |
Does anyone know how it's done for those outside naija?. |
Any working link? |

I've been in US for over a decade and never regretted it for 1 day. It's all about doing your homework before moving to another country. Some people just want to "Japa" by all means without putting efforts into studying and understanding what awaits them at their new destination. I've been to a few countries and I never regretted living in any of them because I did my homeworks and knew what I was walking into before packing my bags. |
Cards are still very much in use in advanced countries. I've received over 40 Christmas cards and also gave out about 25 cards between last week and now. There's that aura of grandiose that comes with physical cards that's lacking in the digital ones. I hardly read digital cards sent to me but be rest assured that I'll read if you give me a physical card. |
Blacklion3:Same to you bro. I appreciate it. |
I don't know about others but I do know that MMIA has. I was surprised myself when I landed in September and there was free WIFI. It was slow though but it served the purpose I needed it for. |
ShadowCracker:Thanks. Well appreciated. |
adeoyekay:Brother, all glory to God, we are all doing well. Hope you're good as well? |
ShadowCracker:Thanks man. Yeah I actually had the best year and also the most stressful one. Lost a couple of loved ones but also had arrival of new family members. No giveaway plans in the foreseeable future at this time. Note, it does not mean that I cannot decide to change my mind. It all depends on situations around and how I feel the need for it. Have a great new month and a fruitful rest of the year. |
papiilo:Lol..pele. I can feel your frustration. E got better for you. |
Testiebobo:Dude, give your dad a big hug for me. He knows the dangers that lurk around on the internet and tries to protect his wife and by extension, his family. |
I just sitdon dey read. @Anonymous1900, welcome to gray side of Nairaland. |
judatech:I guess I should have included that in the original post. Location is Osogbo, Osun state. |
Hi family, I'm not sure if this is the right section for this, so if not, mod should move to the appropriate section. I need 2 units of tricycle with carriage at the back. The type used on farms. This is urgently needed and I'll appreciate quick response. Example of the tricycle needed is attached, it does not necessarily have to be the same brand. I just need a brand with readily available parts. Where these will be used is Osogbo, Osun state. Thanks.

I unblocked her and within a week, she don dey carry her life burdens put for my door. She say make I dash her 300k to buy stuffs for her shop. Person wey we never talk for over 4 years oo. The thing weak me. I told her I didnt have the money and even if i did have, i wasn't going to give her because her purpose for reaching out was just to beg. She no gree take a NO for an answer until I abused the living hell out of her. Na then she remember say she get husband wey go do am for her. It was that time that she started yabbing she has her own car, bla bla, bla. Why you come dey wahala my life na if your husband could do it for you. She didn't even care to know how I've been living my life. Chai...I tire for my people. |
Haa. I've learnt my lesson about lending to Nigerians. The people I called friends are the ones that are owing me. One is $3k and one is $1k. It's been over a year now and it's been one from one story to the other. They one wey I borrow $1k dey naija dey build him house. The one of $3k dey US but had businesses in naija. |
All these contact-me-for-price people never ready to sell. Why should I have to call to know the price of what you are selling? If you are a serious seller, you will state your price. People wey go buy, go buy. |
I want to send another reminder that those uncultured, God forsaken scammers are not relenting in their strife to pound on unsuspecting populace to fleece them of their hard earn money. I saw these messages from one of my relatives asking for urgent "30k". Immediately I saw it, I knew something was amiss but I played along. I put a call across to him, the call was never answered. I messaged him to call me, the message was read but ignored. That was the confirmation that I needed. I know this format has been in existence for ages, yet it is very easy to fall victim if care isn't taken. How to avoid being a victim of such scam: 1. Try as much as possible to know all your contacts. I know over 90% of my contacts in and out and I know how each of them relate with me. The way these messages were constructed were in total divergence with how the relative messages me. He had never just said "Good afternoon " to me. He always add my name after the good afternoon. Good afternoon Snowland. 2. Be calm and think about the requests. There will always be some sense of urgency in them. 3. Think about it, most banks have daily transfer limit of at least 2 million naira. The ones I've banked with have 5 million naira daily limit. The idiot said he had exceeded his daily limit. If your know your contacts very well and the biz they do, you will easily know that this is a pure lie. 4. Before sending that money, put a call across to the person or request that they call you. If you know your contacts, you will recognize their voices even if the scammer decides to call. You can add yours to the list. Be calm and y'all be safe out there. I've attached the screenshot of the messages. This is Snowland.

Maj. T. A Lagbaja - Chief of Army Staff Wait, is this a typo or what? A Major as a Chief of Army Staff? |
landrace:Sorry this had been constructed. |
Hey fam. I'm in need of an affordable contractor that can clear about 30 to 35 acres of land for plantation purpose. Location of the farm is along Oshogbo Iwo road. |
