On the contrary i reckon it is 'very' bad, even in strong economies government still find ways of discouraging 'Monopoly' because it will crumble other businesses and render many people jobless. For someone like Dangote it is even more dangerous to give him monopolistic power over our economy because he is an 'international' businessman and he might be funding his other businesses at the detriment of our local economy, for example his desire to buy 'Arsenal' football club will be funded by all of us 'directly' or 'indirectly' when our local football clubs are in a sorry state.....

As much as this refinery is a welcome development, i am not comfortable with this man's 'Monopolistic grip' on the Nigerian economy, it is not good for a fragile economy like ours.......
