FashionRe: Why Do Nigerians Wear Fullsuits And Ties? by soccerchic(f): 1:47am On May 19, 2008
Thanks @ poster. i too wonder. i just came back from Nigeria and Boy, it was HOT HOT, the whole time, all I had on were tini winie tops and pats or just short dress. ( I was still sweating grin)Even in the hotels with AC and all, I still found it hot. I think one has to get used to it and it will be ok. I was there for a week and I refused to take any cab if it has no AC and a working seat beat. And like the poster I too wondered how the rest of the people I meet felt in their fullsuits and ties. huh

FashionRe: How Far Would You Go To Look Beautiful? by soccerchic(f): 12:59am On May 07, 2008
As for me, I have pierced my belly, nose, I go for pedicure and manicure every three weeks. I do Sudanes home made waxing once every 2 month. Like Reload, I do my eyebrow every three weeks, just to clean ( I don't like them thin like some people). I change my hair often, if its braids, then it can't stay on my head more than a month. If its weave then three weeks is max. I don't go to Spas as often as I would like too ( they are soo expensive here angry ). Anyways, I don't spend on makeup cause I don't wear em ( maybe once in a while). Just a nice lipglow and am off grin .

SportsRe: Ghana 2008 Final: Egypt Vs Cameroon by soccerchic(f): 4:13am On Feb 11, 2008
What a sad and sad day for my friends and I today. Egypt won and we lost. cry cry cry I disagree that the best team won. I think some team were just lucky. Song made a mistake that cost Cameron and that he will have to live with it for the rest of his life. Congrats to E'too and his team for representing AFRICA, I was watching the guy that scored interview. He was asked about how he felt and he replied ( in Arabic) that this win was for all egyptian people and the Arab world . I was like what the heck, no mention of Africa. angry angry Bullshit, what has Arab got to do with African Cup??
