Well......I ve had experience wit people that wants to train b4 job offer and its nothing good....also you asked all to cream SCAM....... Now to the main matter am actually a customer service consultant searching for a job......pls how do I fit in?

Am very in need of a customer service role job......got 3yrs experience in customer service and a versatile knowldge of the field......but employees won't just hire all in the name of can't afford ur salary. I don't forget my interview with pal pension....... Why are you not married at 25? The man abuse me ehn......but after that I decide to take charge of any interview I go for. Somehow you don't let dem ask such question but remember this: most interview panel is made up of the MD(reps), HR(reps) and the head of your assumed department

This is the problem I have with HR people especially in Africa. They think they're doing you a favour by even inviting you to an interview.

An interview should be a two way interaction. The candidate sells himself on why he should get the job and the HR sells the company on why the candidate should strive to get the job.
But what we have is a HR that thinks they're there to fail candidates and make jest of them, when most of them do not even have answers to the questions they ask.

Most interview questions we have these days are totally useless and meaningless. Questions like "If you were an animal, what animal would it be?" " What are your greatest weaknesses?" Where do you see yourself in 5 years?" Shouldn't be heard in this century. And that's why candidates should stop answering such questions.

Never mention an amount for them pls......cos u might be shooting ur self..... The company already have and know what they want to pay you, so ur figure quoting wouldn't change a good company.. Stick to their standard salary for the position. Politely refuse to tell them your previous salary cos its not needed either.

The most annoying part was and is the involvement of RCCG as their catch the slaves young agenda..... Make una dey form, don't take it to church and to your neighbours, you can even make as much as 1k installing it for people that can't do it themselves.

It wouldn't even be a full time job, you'll just look for about 10 shops of different friends or relatives and place them there.
