its not possible to start without renting a shop,
luckily for me i dont need to get a very big shop...
a small shop of about 6k per month we do. i dont need electricity. nobody in this line of business do, I have money to cover all of this

i have been studying for a long time now. i can even make up 300k a month in this business, but for a start my expectation is 150k a month.

in late 2023, around Dec, i had a business idea,
i was so convinced, that i started to save towards it, i didn't want to borrow from anyone for the business,
at first what i need to start was just 600k... for everything,
but things became expensive,
fast forward to 2024 i have saved 400k.. i decided to start buying all the things i need while i learn the business from someone.

right now i have successfully bought everything i need, its just for me to get a shop and then start my own. during my learning i have seen a lot of people start and they are successful...

am not planning on depending on the business, i have a job. i just need to get a passive income where i can be seeing 100k or 150k every month outside my job.

so recently i got a bonus from work 600k bonus. and right now money is not the problem and skills is not the problem. i know the business very well now.

but am still having cold feet. i have already spent 600k + to get equipments

if you have 600k today in lagos, you can not get an apartment of 500k. its crazy. the extra charges is purely scam. daylight robbery
