Moreover, u should hav limited ur juxtaposition to a city in each country.
Whereas l can't speak authoritatively about the States, (never been beyond the shores of Naija), I'm well aware that in Nigeria cost of living varies remarkably countrywide, as some comments hav already highlighted.

1. Not a business proposition. Think of it as an impasse.
2. A rough estimate (eye guage) is 30sq ft. Not conversant with measures in metres. I'll hav to confirm frm him.
3. Not a budget. An estimate of expenses SO FAR.
4. Yes, the place has been paid for and the rent is counting already.

A friend inherited a sizeable sum of money and decided to "save" it by renting an office space in a bustling area in lkeja, Allen Avenue, to be specific.
The office space is standard and will be fitted with AC units. Total cost of securing and the space and giving it a face lift, was in excess of #1.5.
Now the rent is already counting (since March) and he is yet to start off.
Please, kindly drop suggestions in something profitable and standardized which he can start right away. He is business-inclined and would favor any legitimate business.
l have received very valuable advice from NL before and am confident this time wont be an exception.
