On that note, someone here should create a new whatsapp group for the current recruitment to serve as a supplementary information source for the thread.

Good luck in your recruitment process. Welcome to KPMG in advance. [color=#990000] |

haibe: wealth management Same here. The requirements for each role are different. From what I know about wealth management, we need to get high logical and numerical scores to move ahead. Financial markets too.. For retail banking, not so much logical. The Strengths for each also differ in my opinion. Also, they aren't comparing our scores with the rest of our mates. They already have a sample population that have taken the test under optimum conditions. They compare our scores to this group's. The test is also adaptive so the more you questions get correctly the harder the following question will be. |

haibe: So u mean all the options of the logical assessment are correct? Only one option is correct and it's staring at you in the face. For instance... The answer to the Logical there is an empty box. The answer to the numerical there is 1104 pounds..and the options have numbers spread from about 1000 to 2000

haibe: yea i know.. i took the practice on talentq but i found some hard and still dont know their answers or is there anyway to know the correct ansa? They are always correct answers. It's starting at you. The numerical is more tricky because you require the exact answers and they are over 20 of them. |
Jobs/Vacancies › Re: 2017 Standard Chartered Bank Recruitment Official Thread. by Solecontroller(m): 7:55am On Sep 19, 2016 |
jidluk: Bros when u got the numerical how many assessment did you do thereafter cos plus my own numerical they added verbal and anoda logical...did it last night but no response yet Guy. That was not the real test. You took two practice tests. Go back to the mail you were sent and click on "when you're ready to take the test, click here" .. Not practice. Practice won't send you a score. It will only send an approximation. |

Eby20: Please, I have finished the three online assessments few weeks ago and received their automatic message after the last test. Just checked my profile now and my application status indicates "under review"...What does it imply?... Who has similar status with me please? It implies that your profile is being assessed by the HR. If successful, you get a telephone interview. |

Brigz: SHOULD WE OPEN A BBM GROUP FOR THOSE INTERESTED?
Hi Guys
I also passed the test for both consumers and pharmaceutical funny enough. They encouraged more than one application for thier Job offers, so that's good.
I recommend that to get a better and faster response on our enquiries, we could easily create a BBM GROUP, TAGGED GSK GROUP. Anyone interested could drop thier pin to be added.
That's what my friends did for the Nigerian breweries test. So they were all in the know and prepared for their interviews together.
Upto everyone who's interested. That's my suggestion. |

Mintek, good post. Been meaning to say stuff like this the whole time. The success messages are just signs that you answered the questions the way IBM wanted and GSK will come up with a threshold score later on, probably by taking an average of all test taker's scores.
What will be, will be. |

ghostntommy: From my observations and opinion, i think some people are not comfortable with the fact that a lot of applicants are getting success mail. Well, the earlier you accept the better for you. Moreso, for those thinking the process is slow, i want to believe this people have a target time frame. So, all things are working together.......?... Lol, I suspect you haven't written a test like this before. There is a reason why it's called a CAT Wait for it..... |

peemesh2: Next time before you make any finally conclusion on forum, issues or threads, try to get all your facts right. Have you gone through GSK recruitment site and read carefully each phases before offer letter is given?
Is not hidden from anyone, its on there website. You have to Go through Four phases starting from submission of Application, online interview, interview(phone, video or face-to-face), assessment center where you work in team and individual task given. Then Offer letter for successful candidates.
Carefully stated "dont try to impress or think that you no want we are looking for, just be yourself"
Whoever has applied, written the test and got a success mail.. Its just still part of the process to the next phase, keep your hopes alive even if everything says otherwise..
SEE YOU AT THE TOP Chill bro. He is telling the truth. Haven't you noticed almost everyone gets a success mail after the test? There is no "cut off" mark allocated yet. When they are done with all the testing phases, they will allocate a cut off mark and reject those who fall below it simply. That's what they mean by reviewing your application. Oh and your essays on your online form also matter after this stage. They'll read it and make a decision as to whether you're a good fit for GSK or not. |
