Audit folks that passed the test in January guess no March batch for us, lol. To think that some people actually argued this. Oh well.

What we should ask Viee2 is when she completed her documentation and wrote her test. I know most of us that wrote the test on Jan 16th have not gotten an invite and KPMG knows better than to send u an invite three days to an AC if they are sending the invites on Monday. Lets relax.

Call HR again. If nothing else works chill, they will send another mail. Some folks rescheduled theirs that way.

You guys should please understand that there are no dragnet questions. KPMG sent a mail which specified that it will take on the GMAT format for the test. Saw some questions and most have no similarity or go off course.
Go to GMAT's site and get a preparatory article that explains what the tests is about and how to go through with it.
And damn it stop dropping emails. That's the reason some were uploaded on dropbox accounts in the first place.

Just finished numerical, Verbal....loading.....Guys if you finish the test don't reveal the nature cos.......they are not grading our percentage rather they are using percentile....which means the first person to take the test will score in the 99 percentile and will remain there until another person answers a higher number of correct questions than he/she then his percentile drops. this means we are competing against ourselves and not an established average.....the numerical was not too difficult and time was good

We are in a completion with ourselves don't u get?... Everyone has the minimum requirements so it gives a level playing field. The benchmark we will be measured against might be our entire average score or simply over 50%. Don't attack him, this is some insightful thinking out of the box thing. Exactly what PwC requires.
When u get to KPMG's final stage they inform u that u will be benchmarked against other successful candidates, what do u think that means? They have no fixed score. Lol.

Even without the SHL practice whatever, can anybody please inform us on what to expect in a SHL test. Anybody that have taken a SHL test before.

You will encounter a verbal and numerical reasoning test. SHL is quite simpler because the numerical tests stem from graphical information in the form of charts and graphs.... the only issue is knowing what to calculate. Funny enough its from simple additions to percentages, basic mathematics.
The verbal tests display a passage and request that u choose either true, false or cannot say according to the passage, emphasis on according.
Speed and accuracy. You don't require 100%. If you pass this you will write a confirmation test at PricewaterhouseCoopers HQ.

To everyone looking for past questions. First, the earlier posts on the thread contains a few links to questions that are similar to those you seek. Second, questions might not help. It's not the university nor a professional exam. It's a skills based test. Most people used no material and aced it, a majority of people that paid for materials or depended on them got disappointed. What u need to do is study the GMAT format, identify your weak points and work on them. . . Mine was current affairs and I studied them at the test venue, got done with the test and had a whooping 15 minutes to spare.
Study logical reasoning, math (equations, fractions, averages etc... leave graphs out), vocabulary words, sentence correction and "time management". It's not difficult test and you'll ace it. Only 50% is required for a pass outta 50 questions in total.

I still doubt. Training school is once a year and that's TRPS. They would probably get everybody and funnel them straight down September.... that's why KPMG is infamous for delays. They channel all graduates to September. An insider could help.

You can't be taken in by April. Maybe experienced hires but us I highly doubt it... we are not professionals and most of us don't even know what a SWOT analysis means. The training school is in September where all new "graduate trainees" learn what they require and gain orientations.

They begin a new financial year in September so that's when the new intakes will resume, u can put in a time close to that. For practice, put in anything you feel you can handle, if your skills and talents match those of an auditor then fine, if not you should choose something else. Competition is irrelevant here.

Please I did the psychometric test Thursday so it's past 48 hours already and I haven't gotten a mail. Should I be worried?

My guess is they'll send everyone the results on Monday. They may be waiting for the deadline to elapse to prevent cheating maybe. Funny thing this awareness test came up cos I doubt people from previous batches took it.
