Well what if this "preferred state" thing is a sham. Probably they wanna divert our attention because if it really works some states should be off the list now such as Lagos. Working fit win am last last.
Crazy things always happen in Nigeria and we should be on our toes as fresh graduates with fresh brains.

We picked 3 diff states..ryt. If a camp can hold on the average x-number of peepz at any1 time.
Daht should generally mean that d 1st x-number of individuals who picked dat state gets to go dia
Now if ur callup number xceeds that quota you get moved to stream II.
And if ur call up still xceeds the quota for stream II you get pushed to the nxt state u picked or the last one.
Now if u ain't lucky to get into one of d 3 states.....you prolly get pushed to a neighboring state close to any of d states initially selected. Or better still you get thrown to a state who hasn't gotten the required quota



Now this is just an hypothesis in my head!!!..

i ask him about stream I and stream II, he said, stream II is base on candidate posted to state in north east, cause the self deployment is not about when u register but will be how close u are to that state, he faulted me for picking abuja, since my permanent address is abuja, and my primary n secondary school is abuja.... he said it is only runs that can put me in abuja.. but if i use different permanent address, i dont need to runs..... baba the guy talk plenty

This is logical. Thought about it when filling my forms too, had my present and permanent address placed in the state i schooled. Also made sure I sensibly selected languages I could speak to prevent me from being mistakenly thrown to other areas I don't like, states visited too were selected based on that motive. My form gives them no choice than to grant my preferred States to me.
