If you want to leave from Nigeria/Benin you can take a connection flight from Lagos or Cotonou to New York/Atlanta/Toronto and take a final flight to Mexico. This would be feasible if you have a valid US/Canada visa so you don't have to apply for a Mexico visa if your purpose is to visit Mexico.
