On the sale of DefiHomes, i don't really know why i got the name, probably because of the Defi hype from early last year as I picked name from the drops, listed it on afternic for $1795 initially but changed the prices of a few of my afternic listings few months back to $2488 and name sold. Again I feel the defi hype is a factor to consider on the sale although i have better defi names with zero offer for a year now.

On the sale of Farmluxe at brandpa, probably just have around 10 names listed at brandpa because of their poor results over there, use to have over 70 names listed there but their output and overall marketplace returns have been poor so removed alot of my names there last year and left just 10 names, coming into this year there were no results there still so decided to check on my listing a month ago to see how it's going and noticed on the offers dashboard that the name generated some interest and offer many months back which was turned down by brandpa and I was not even notified, Furious on finding this out I contacted support immediately and they explained that they received interest on the name but buyer did not meet my minimum offer on name which was above $1000 (I didn't even know I set that sef), I told them to recontact buyer with follow up and accept offer, which they did and i changed Bin to meet with buyers offering price. But afterwards nothing happened I kept on messaging them to get update but they said nothing yet from buyer. Weeks passed and surprisingly woke up one day to meet a sale on name after many days. Yet to recieve payment from Brandpa because of lack of payment options (no payoneer there at the moment nor transferwise as wise doesn't work well for Nigerians lately) so after back and forth with brandpa support we resolved to using bank wire transfer option but their customer service have been too slow and poor lately. Too much pain from Brandpa nowadays. (moral lesson, from this sale, if I didn't keep up the persistence probably this sale doesn't happen and I held name for 3 years happy it paid off cos I was getting tired of holding it lol.) and if you've not made a sale so far, your time will come.

Well, I know i must work, any single day i didn't work i don't even expect sale.. i just returned from village 2 hrs ago,, for 2 days my phones have been off, no call nor internet, when i returned i checked my email not expecting sale, and i was right; nothing came in..

And when i work, i expect sale, and if it comes i humbly know it's grace.

The day I'll attribute all my success to myself (and not God's grace) that very day i know I've failed in life.. locating this business is grace on its own, you know how many people look for wat to do online and haven't met domaining yet?

Also, i believe there a ALOT of people putting in more effort than i do,, but i humbly know they don't make the sales i make,, it's God's grace for me.. I attribute it to God's grace not even my work,, for if it didn't locate me and He allowed me to my own work, all my work would definitely be in vain...

In as much as I believe in grace, i also know u have tti set things right for ur self to succeed.. hence my purpose of starting Aisabdomains.com
I may not be sharing something that will make u instant millionaire, but everything i share there are my fundamentals.. it's up to reader to pick up some stuffs and build on that foundation..

In a nutshell, what I'm saying is; most people u see saying grace don't mean u shouldn't work, they just know that no matter how much u work, u won't see that sale if grace doesn't brush ur body..

boss, there used to be a feature on sh were you can submit a name for free and when it is bought sh will share the percentage with you, does this feature still exist? I just opened a sh account and I can't find it

I agree. What I notice with SH is that they seem to have a certain quota of certain names to accept at a certain time. They want varieties that flow with their strategy. That's why you will submit a name they once rejected and they will accept it.

I once submitted CraftFame and it was rejected and I simply placed it on my dynadot's cart to buy later. The next time I checked the domain name was already a developed e-commerce website. It pained my spirit. Lol.

Yet to get to the root of this. if some us are truly doing that, let's stop, It's a bad and illegal practice. For those who don't know what that means, It's a process of sending out mail on names you haven't bought or yet to expire/ pending delete to see if some buyers will show interest before buying. You shouldn't offer what you don't own. Yogi is also being accused as we speak. some top domainers are threatening to pull out of namescon all because a popular front-runner has been selected to speak at the event. I feel bad whenever Nigerians are being mentioned in anything negative

That's why you may end up selling 10 domains in a month and barely make $1.5k but I'd sell just 5 and easily make $3.5k.

With every sense of humility, I would say, I was smart enough to get it sold for that $1k. When I was outbounding the domain name, I was getting a lot of positive replies. So one end user told me he would be happy to buy it for $500 and I accepted immediately, so I set the price to $500 on Dan. He later sent another offer of $300 and I rejected it with annoyance and I increased the price to $1000 because I already had like 5 interested end users. So later in the same night, I just got Simon's mail that the domain name has been sold for $1k.

Let me report this one here, because I believe someone will benefit from the little lessons.

I registered a domain and did some outbounding, few months ago, and someone indicated interest, and asked me if I have another version of the domain, which was available for registration that time, I went ahead and bought the version he requested for and pitched it to him also, but he went mute.

I left both domains but will always outbound the ist one once in a while, because I found it very catching than the other version the buyer asked of.

The ist domain was about to expire and I re-outbounded it again, and it sold, I belived it was the ist buyer that indicated interest that bought it, so I went to pitch the second one he requested for with a higher price, and he replied me with his own price, and I accepted but he delayed in making payment, I kept on writing to him for like some days till he made the payment.

Ist domain is Hawaii //// dolphin - - - - - /////tour in king

Sold for $200

Second domain is Maui ////////dolphin /// tour in King for $250...
