My cousin has complains she's tired of her marriage.

She has been married for 5yrs and have four children (a set of twin girls and another boy and girl).

She has on several/most occasions been a victim of domestic violence, the husband spends most nights outside the home, comes back drunk, easily infuriated and top of it all an egoistic being.

My cousin has been enduring without telling anyone because of her ill mother(don't want her to die of heartbreak) and for the love of her kids, not forsaking the endurance based on Christianity belief.

Now her mum is gone just some days ago, pathetic as it seems the husband didn't show any sign of pity or sympathy, he started making threats of divorce accompanied with abuses calling she and her siblings "useless orphans,your sorrow just begin" and more despite the mourning state.

Now, she is clearly confused on the decision to take.

*To proceed with the divorce , noting the expenses of child rearing on a single mother. ( She's a qualified and educated Nurse)

*To seek or perhaps accept apology if who knows her husband apologizes like he always does. ( bearing in mind the level of threat, high level of domestic violence and mental distress she'll continue to undergo.)

Help her make a decision.

In the early hours of today, an abrupt fire incident took place in one of the hostels in University of Nigeria Enugu Campus.

Occupants of the male’s medical hostel, known as Mbonu Ojike or GH were thrown into suspense and fear as one the electricity connections went off guard and began to spark.

Our correspondent gathered that the incident took place around 12 am in the midnight. Some of the students has were seen gathering their bags and important files and ready to flee should the fire outbreak spread.

However, Kudos should be given to school ‘Works department ‘ as they quickly curtailed the incident from getting worse

I strongly believe that Sen. Ike Ekweremadu is not the problem. Ekweremadu remains a veritable tool in the Nigerian polity. He is one of the very few senators that have the interest of Nigeria and students at heart.
A few weeks ago, he gave scholarships and bursaries to over 500 indigent students and he has been doing this for years now.
The only solution to the hydra-headed problem faced by Nigeria and Nigerians is for our leaders at all levels most especially the federal level to focus on positive result-oriented governance rather than political witch-hunting, o rise above party sentiments to deliver the dividends of democracy to the suffering poor masses.
The students of Enugu state came out en-masse to show solidarity to our great leader and philanthropist.”
