Christianity EtcRe: Nigeria Sharia Court Confirms Twitter Debate Ban by solokay(m): 7:46am On Apr 01, 2010
This is really Dumb. I bet non of the people that issue the ban know how twitter works talk-less of how to use it and now they want to ban people from using it. Freaking DUMB.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Arsenal vs Barcelona [2 - 2]on Wed, 31st; 7.45pm by solokay(m): 7:40am On Apr 01, 2010
I hate to say this but this is the end of the road for my beloved Arsenal. They will lose in Bacelona for sure. Two away goals and a home advantage for a team like bacelona, you cant overcome that. Onlya miracle could see arsenal through at this point.

PoliticsRe: (Hoax) Fake 'Shell' Finally Gives Apology To People Of Niger Delta by solokay(m): 3:44am On Mar 30, 2010
Its the nigerian government that needs to apologies to niger delta people not shell. Whatever evil shell did and still doing in that area is because our government allow them. Can shell do that in other countries they operate.
PoliticsRe: The Nairaland Cabal: Who Are They ? by solokay(m): 3:36am On Mar 30, 2010
I believe there is freedom of speech here. The so called cabal you are alleging does not exist. Nobody is imposing himself on anybody. But there are rules and if you cross the line you banned. Thats fair to me, if there is no rules this place would be a mess.

PoliticsRe: Cabinet: Governors Protest Rejection Of Nominees by solokay(m): 3:19am On Mar 30, 2010
This idea of governors nominate who will be in the presidents cabinet is messed up. Corrupt people will only nominate other corrupt people, no wonder nothing ever change in Nigeria. Why cant the president look around the country himself and choose those he want to work with. Our democracy still have a long way to go.

PoliticsRe: Gadaffi Again, Calls For Nigeria’s Split : Along Ethnic Lines by solokay(m): 1:33am On Mar 30, 2010
Maybe the whole black africa should reconsider the borders drawn by the colonial master mainly for their own interest. Sometimes the truth is really hard to accept.
PoliticsObj Plotting Jonathan/el-rufai Ticket For 2011 Election, Ribadu's Return by solokay(op): 1:24am On Mar 30, 2010
Story on sunnewsonline at:

http://sunnewsonline.com/webpages/news/national/2010/mar/29/national-29-03-2010-001.htm

The only part of this that i like is the Ribadu return as special adviser on anti-corruption and eventually return to EFCC.
I strongly believe that Ribadu is the best in this area and majority of nigerians does believe that too. It was clear that Yar'adua was not going fight any corruption once he removed him from EFCC.
PoliticsRe: Analysis Of Jonathans Ministers by solokay(m): 10:42pm On Mar 29, 2010

PoliticsRe: Gadaffi Again, Calls For Nigeria’s Split : Along Ethnic Lines by solokay(m): 5:45pm On Mar 29, 2010
Even though gadaffi have no right telling another country to break up but i cant stop feeling that it might actualy benefit us if we can peacefully break into 3 states. Right now nigeria just does not seem viable.
PoliticsRe: How Much Does Nigerian Senators Earn Per Month? by solokay(op): 5:14pm On Mar 29, 2010

European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Do You Believe Arsenal Still Have A Chance Of Winning The Premership This Season by solokay(op): 5:08pm On Mar 29, 2010
After the draw with Birmingham City last saturday i was just wondering if anybody still think that Arsenal still have a chance of winning the premiership this season. What are your permutations. Seriously i feel ManU will win the league, even though i hate to see that happen.

Nairaland GeneralRe: 50 Men and Women That Moved Nairaland: 2005-2010 by solokay(m): 2:08pm On Mar 29, 2010
I know its going to hard to satisfy most people with the list but its still a great idea though. In a forum the members generate the content so it makes sense to recognize members for their contribution.
PoliticsRe: Pdp Urges Jonathan To Probe Looting by solokay(m): 2:01pm On Mar 29, 2010
The NY PDP guy just want to be known by saying something so that he could be considered for some position in government and be able to loot too. Bunch of jokers.

SportsRe: Home-based Eagles Crash Out by solokay(m): 1:44pm On Mar 29, 2010
toluxa1:
This doesn't in any way show anything of our league. Nigeria has the best league in Africa (or second, depending on which report you're reading). This wasn't a league club. This were players selected from different leagues and badly managed.
toluxa1, i hope you are not under the influence of something. Nigeria has the best league in africa!. what planet are you from. So are saying that nigeria league is better that of South Africa, Egypt, Tunisia, Morroco or even Sudan. Common now!. Lets post something serious here
PoliticsRe: Bayelsa State Governor Involved In N100 Billion Fraud. by solokay(m): 1:32pm On Mar 29, 2010
@Meldrick, Its obvious you were not following this discussion from the beginning otherwise you would not call my post off topic. I was just responding to Alxmyr who said:
This is one of the reasons why I love baba Iyabo, the general himself, Who born the governor?
Got the point now?
