HNDs in Prisons don't take up to 120k per month. Its between 70k-80k because of the discrimination between HND & B.Sc. I don't know the actual figure HNDs earn in Immigrations and Civil Defence.
This figure I quoted here is based on your entry into the job. The HNDs earning up to 120k per month are those that have spent a number of years in a particular rank before they promoted to be at par with their B.Sc. counterparts. Its called Upgrading.
