i really am surprised at the level of discrimination the Nigerian system has against the HND graduands.It really should not be a yard stick whether ur a B.Sc or Hnd graduate ,rather the labour market should be seen as a level playing ground where appropriate perfomance indices should be used in appraising employees competence accordingly
