They were there to plan and distribute money ahead of Anambra state elections. All the people mentioned above are APC master riggers.

Two things are not clear here. 1. is it only the vc that promotes or he recommends to the Senate or council? 2. is promotion to professor based on years of experience or number of quality academic publications.? This is because I know some of them were teaching in other tertiary institutions before going to MOUOA.
