Jer29v11: Good morning All. I intend retaking my IELTS exam because my last score (8.5/8.5/8.5/6.5) dropped my CRS score by approximately 60 marks my question is; (1) Since my WES evaluation is ready, can I create my EE profile with my current IELTS score and then update my profile once I retake my IELTS? Yes, you definitely can. |

freeradical: Thanks pal. Is this still good enough to enter the pool or would you suggest either/both of us resit. I do not think 12 points is big enough to equate financing another IELTS test.
How many points will one lose for age between 29years and 30 years Your scores look promising, as the principal applicant, as does your age.The best next step is to calculate your 'CRS Score', as this is what will determine if / how early you will get an Invitation to Apply (ITA). A score of 450 and above is what many aim for. Two ways to determine your CRS score: 1. Google 'CIC CRS Calculator' and use the one on the canadavisa.com website 2. A more reliable option, create an account with CIC and enter the pool ( after submitting your information with CIC, your score will be automatically calculated and displayed for you). When you know your score, you can determine if it is necessary to retake tests for either youself,.your wife, or both. |

Hotstepper: Good day everyone.
Hope everyone is doing fine. Please ehh, is there anytime one is required to send a letter from his or her work place? If yes when and to what address?
Thank you If you wish to claim points for your work experience in your current work place, then yes - you will need a 'Letter of Experience' from your employer. The letter must follow a specific format, which can be found on the CIC website, and can be addressed to Citizenship and Immigration Canada. |

nadina: Good evening everyone. Please for those who have received PPR, how do I send a pre-paid return envelope through DHL to CIC and how much does it cost? Thank you for your response. DHL is very familiar with this process and will ask that you send it to Ghana without a pre-paid envelope. When your passport is ready for collection, you will receive an email from the visa office in Ghana. You will need to go back to DHL to arrange the pickup from Ghana and return to you here. Sending to Ghana costs around 14k, while the return costs around 19k. |

totorimi: I have not read what was written yet but the question is was it true or not, it is true then what is the hullabaloo about. We cannot hide from the whole world, the world is watching us they see our legislators, they see the jamboree travels while the nation grapples under fuel scarcity, they see the kidnapping they see it all so what are we hiding.
If Mr president becomes the best in West Africa they will be the first to announce it also so there is nothing wrong. Even back home here we criticise him for his slow and lack lustre approach to national issues. The dailymail report was not true. That's the point. |

Foreign Affairs › Re: Dutch Prisons Are Closing Because The Country Is So Safe by SomebodyLovesMe: 6:32am On Mar 31, 2016 |
ATERI: I don`t know whether that has changed, but the private school system used to be very unpopular in The Netherlands. Everybody learns the same thing from nursery to secondary school. Countries that are good are not good for no reason. America is not alone in this show of shame; their cousins in London imprison more people than any other countries in the EU When we called them Apartheid society, it wasn`t an exaggeration. They are tough on crime rather than being tough on the causes of crime. The more unequal a society is, the higher its prison population. That is what democratic capitalism is all about. I would be interested to know the percentage of foreigners and illegal immigrants in the Netherlands. My best guess is that.it is relatively low. Sad truth. |

Chinazaekperem5: Exactly what I have been saying.
I can bet my life that a lot of people are ready to take advantage of this policy direction.
However, I have to criticize the Buhari government for the lack of explaining the policy in open terms
It is still a bit hazy.
They have to explain this to the business community and assure them that it is long term strategy and not something they will discard in a few months time.
If they do this, I can assure you that a lot of people complaining will start aligning themselves accordingly
There is an information gap right now You are very intelligent. |

Guitarlife - If you pay with your atm card, you do not need to visit the British Council before your test date.
If you pay via bank draft, then you need to take the bank draft physically to the British Council along with a copy of the passport you registered with and a printout of the confirmation email you received after registering.
Bank drafts should be payable to: British Council |

You only have one opportunity to pay online, and it has to be at the initial point of registering. Once you choose to "pay later", you can't go back to pay online. You'll need to pay by bank draft. But don't worry, paying by bank draft is a straightforward process. |

Had this boy indeed been a terrorist and ended up harming people, no one would be blaming the US Police or talking about Islamophobia or Racism.
The police did the right thing by arresting a suspect.
I am glad he ended up being innocent and that things are being done to make him feel better, but we should not replace common sense and caution with political correctness. |

If you are very knowledgable about Nigeria, like to share your knowledge and have good writing skills, then an opportunity exists for you to be paid to share this information.
An up-coming portal requires an army of information researchers and writers who can research and publish original (NOT plagiarised) content, across a wide variety of topics that affect different parts of Nigeria. Writers will be paid per article written.
The most important requirement for this role is for you to be good at gathering accurate information.
If you meet the above criteria, please send an email to thecareertimes(at)gmail(dot)com, with 3 - 4 sentences about what topics you like to write about and why you think you would be suitable for the role. |
