We can actually use this to trend on the Internet.

Maybe it's going to make the shameless government act.

Everyone should snap major roads that are bad in their environment and get them to trend online non stop.

He is part of the establishment. He was part of the last evil administration, and his quietness since the end of that regime is too loud to be ignored. He knows they didn't do well, and now he's feigning a philosopher. Well, God sits in heaven watching is all. He will give to everyone according as their works deserves.

On another note, though, he is very Correct. When Nigerians are tired, things will change.
He has never hidden or pretended he wasn't part of the rot.

He has been telling you guys that they do what they do because the citizens are weak and won't act.

Smiles 😂😂😂

Desperation - the tragedy of unpreparedness!
I still dey wait you even though whatever you end up paying wouldn't even be equivalent to 40% of what it was 2 years + ago.

Though you've started making moves but too far from the goal post

So fingers crossed.

Things are tight. grin grin grin grin grin cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy
And it has almost turned to a dog eat dog scene.

People are throwing away home training for a plate of porridge.

The court won't save you o unless you have unlimited wait time and up to 50% of the money you're trying to recover.

So save yourself the stress, triple check before parting with your money.

Because even if you end up getting your money back years later (if it ever happens), it won't be up to 30% in value as long as its ₦.

MrPRevailer:
See you. US dollar is gradually falling. And the fed is inflating the currency with Trillions of dollars that will ensure its sudden collapse.

Anyone holding dollars during collapse or any currency pegged to us dollars will hold worthless currencies. BRICS and other nations have abandoned the US dollars for China's yen.
Even though sentiments drive currency rate sometimes but what you just said now is not applicable to NGN-USD relationship.

Dollar isn't on a default appreciation mode with other currencies the way it's with Naira.

Naira is indebted to the USD and this was a well calculated plan by the US via the WB.

Naira has never appreciated against the dollar in any given year for the past 30 years.

BRICS or no BRICS, it's not happening at least in the next 2-5 years.

There's no BRICS currency yet and won't be possible in 1-3 year's time, forget rumors

Even fellow BRICS countries aren't really conducting all their businesses using each other's currencies. (Indian declined to pay Russia in Yuan).

Lastly, having a depreciated or weak currency is really not a bad thing if you're a producing/an exporting Nation, your problem as a country is that you import almost 90% of all your domestic consumptions, so you're at the mercy of the dollar that's not even backed by anything tangible.

Currently unwise to leave your hard earned money in naira.

Your best option is to convert your naira (cash) which is a liquid asset to solid assets (properties).

₦5m naira 2 years ago is now worth ₦2.4m.

A land of ₦5m 2 years ago now worth at least ₦7.5m

Be smart with your money

Make the right choice now.

These opportunities above won't be here for long.

Act now.

I was actually given this advice months ago when the dollar was 950 or so but my thought process was that the dollar might come down and I will lose money 😔 even now, I made the calculations

If I use 4M to buy dollar, that will be 3200 dollars and if dollar increases, say 2000 by this year ending or so, I would make an extra 2.4M but if dollar decreases I will lose a lot of money.

Nigeria is a very weird place, the dollar market is so unpredictable.
I am still thinking of it sha
Has dollar ever come down since the past 20 years?

Wondering where your fear came from.

The various things you need to know about Excised lands are:

It is expensive to purchase
Gives you full control of the land within the confinement of state and local rules.
Has gone through lawfully approved processes.
Eliminates any future fear of losing the land
Reduces complaints and commotion by giving the owner peace of mind
Has no long term challenges.

WHAT IS LAND RECTIFICATION

:Land Regularization (also known as Ratification) is carried out when an individual or corporate entity acquires land that belongs to the government. However, not all government lands can be regularized. Any land that will be regularized must not fall within a government committed area and it must confirm to the state’s urban planning regulations.

Regularization entails buying the land “properly” from the government. It is an expensive process because after buying the land from the “omonile” (seller) you still have to pay the government for the land again.

After regularization, the government releases the land and issues a certificate of occupancy (C of O) to the applicant.
