That farm in Nassarawa is not worth $140m and does not account for 25% of rice farms in Nigeria so please stop giving false numbers.

Rice farms are built in swamp fields and this flooding is one of the risks associated with the business all over the world from US to India to Pakistan to Brazil. They will not be out of business despite the flooding.
No serious rice farmer quits rice farming business because of flooding.

In one of the days your sister calls you, or u go to separate the fights, record the calls, asking for details where she will mention the guys name beating and what he is doing to her, also make video record as evidence when u go to settle them.

With this, you can take to the police while making the report.

Yes, British American Tobacco, it pained me so much before they said I am not qualified! Secondly, after recieving a call from a lady from Diamond bank in 2014, after every every, she asked me if I am ready to resume Monday next week, which I answered yes, she then told me to call them the next day asking to speak to xyz. The following day, I kept trying to call back with my main line, it wasn't connecting. Used my other line and a different lady picked, Instead of me to ask to speak to the other lady, I just went straight talking with this person that picked. She now asked me who do I want to speak with before it occurred to me that I was talking to a receptionists... I asked to speak with the main lady but she told me she has closed for the day. It pained me eh. If I had known, I for try calling them using my other line since my main line wasn't connecting.

Duration varies due to different factors ranging from strikes, department, individual performance etc

But without any of this factors hindering you, there is no need to use 3 years..

the only thing I can confidently attest about is the cost of running the program which is a bit high

it is very possible to spend more than 2years for an MSc program especially in NSUK. A times you might be done with Ur course work and project internal defence but wait externals till the 2years passes. Also, as long as you haven't collected Ur results, you will keep paying school fees. I advice everyone to prepare his or her mind to pay atleast 3years academic session fees for both professional and Academic masters, then 2 session school fees for PGD programs.

there won't be problems as more students will still be offered admissions in subsequent list.
