Universal laws are the laws of nature. E.g you must reap what u sow(Karma).you musn't obey them(Free will).
Nobody punishes u but yourself. Afterlife is necessary to give a chance to lesen your karma and become a better person.

You have proved nothing. Where are these laws, who told you they exist. Is there any court or government that enacted this laws?
Is there any prove that karma exist? And if it does what force in the universe oversees its execution.
How can Karma exist if i don't have to obey it.
Does not Karma mean that no matter what, i'll still bear the consequences of everything i do?
Who controls karma? how does it know what i do? If its a scientific law then surely you must have some proof.
