superman:I mean this in the best way possible - your utter stupidity can not be overstated. Thank you. |
tkb417 ![]() If they are given the 50% deriviation they will ask for more. The state as a whole should put to good use the billions that they are being allocated now. The truth is the folks share up most of the allocations among themselves and their groups and very little is left for development. What do the governors of Bayelsa, Rivers, Edo, Delta and Uyo (Only Cross River excluded) have to show for eight years of democracy? What is the infrastructure? The health system, the education, the industrialization? What we need is the emancipation of the perception we have that the federal govt can/will change our situation. We need to step up as a people and as a government to put our hands on the plow. Cease the blame game, cease the kidnap, cease the threats, cease the terror. Start development. |
I have burnt the certificate wdyh? |
My house would be when i get made the President of the United States of Africa Is the going to be a United Africa? |
Party go dey? |
Ok i'm back ![]() Hollandis Happy Birthday dude! Nana Hello dear What did i miss ya'll? |
sweetchick:Wrong! They had a role to play in it much later in the game. From the time of Gowon the place had been in utter neglect, do you know when Shell started there? Lets not start the history lessons. Summary is leaders of ND came into the picture during IBB. Nothing has been done since then by the so called leaders. But again, if the ND was treated like Abuja or Lagos, it would have been in a much better situation. If there is any lesson to learn from all this is that our development is in our hands not the federal government. |
Seun Is it not the same politicians that gave them the means to buy the arms? Is there a thread for the solution to the ND issue? Maybe thats where we ought to be at this point. willy
MENT are not Terrorist, It's Nigerians/Government that are Terrorizing they people of this Region. If Nigerian withdraws their presence/interest there, the struggle of MEND will end.
Thats a lie from the pit of hell ![]() Bombing NNPC filling station in PH is clearly an act of terror This threat of 3rd mainland bridge is terror in the making. It involves innocent people. MEND is a greedy group fighting for their bellies. What has MEND done to develop their surroundings? Instead they spend their money on weapons and drive away investors in the area. The white guys bring business into the region from hotel to real-estate to night life. With the recent state of events we have that going down the drain. Even shops are suffering from this. What the do you know about this region? Have you been to Ph or Bayelsa lately? What example is MEND giving our your teens? - Take up arms and kidnap white folks and ask for huge amounts of money in return? They have surely learnt that. Now even easterners come all this way to join in the kidnap business. The white guys have left so now they've turned on politicians and shell workers. How nice! MEND should be giving an award. Bloody crap!!! |
Let me grab a snack, its launch break ![]() |

Viera You're right For More Information Click Here Still I think the point is obvious, if Liverpool had those years it may have led to another trophy. Thesame goes for other English teams around the period. |
Solutions to the ND problem fall well out of this thread maybe we'll find a thread to talk about that ![]() Seun Well to be sincere, i dont think much was heard until these . . . erm . . . criminals started the noise making. I can understand the plight of the true niger deltans but these terrorists are just a false representative of the region. |
i have to push my head close to her mouth aint goin no where ![]() wdyh |

UEFA Champions League winners statistics from 1955 to date Nation Winners Runners-up Italy 11 14 Spain 11 9 England 10 4 Germany 6 7 Bearing in mind the 5 year ban on English clubs and Liverpool's extended by a year to make it 6. I think by all standards they have done superbly. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/European_Cup_and_Champions_League_records_and_statistics |

Is havanah a guy or girl? ![]() |
MEND has no course. The truth is much deeper than you think. I agree that these groups brought the suffering to the lime light but the whole procedure is wrong. Meanwhile do you know that our so called elders aided the situation for sometime now. During the military regime, a few niger deltans were profiting while the others suffered and died. Look at the governors since 1999. They have enriched themselves with the billions allocated to the states. What do they have to show for it? Nothing. All these groups are fighting for their own bellies. The leaders are oil bonkers or profit in other ways. If they're really fighting for the people common sense would have told them to stop by now and ensue peace and development. What has bombing a bridge in Lagos got to do with ND? That is terrorism and murder. |
I have a smiling face ![]() wdyh |
Rubie God dey o, and security is good too where I stay. I'd soon move fully to Lagos abeg. |
Seun Well i wont say he did not deserve it @topic MEND is a criminal organisation and they are not fighting for the ND, They're fighting for their own belly just like the rest. How is bombing a bridge or the NNPC filling station that was bombed in PH helping the ND's cause. The kidnapping has not even helped the cause, now every di** and harry is out there trying to kidnap everyone that has the slightest affiliation to politics or oil companies. This is disgraceful. Our Security has failed us, but again what hasn't. Yar'adua's govt must step up to this security threat. Our security agencies need a major overhauling in terms of training, infrastructure, arms, salary and entitlements. The way ahead is two folds - Security and Dialogue. |
