I don't have a problem with how anyone chooses to dress;my grouse with the girl in question is that she knew the rules but still felt somehow she is above it....If such is allowed it will get to a time when even Rastafarians will insist on being called to bar without cutting their dreads.

Jos or kaduna might not really be a great idea because of the difficulty in obtaining a good job but I can't deny the fact that the cost of living in both states is relatively lower than what is obtainable in most Nigerian states.
