Please i got my medical cert from one of these guys selling online, though it looks authentic but when i went to have it printed, the Cafe guy told me it would not be accepted in camp because the signature on it isn't written with pen. In his words"scanned signatures are not accepted in camp". How true is this.

My Dad Is Diabetic And He Has Been Having Issues With A Choice Of Swallow.

Eba(Garri) And Loi-Loi(Fufu) Are Out Of The Equation Because Of Their High Starch Content.

He Was Using Plantain Flour But He Complained Of Constipation And He Stopped Using It. . . He Was Also Using Wheat Flour But He Stopped Due To Some Health Complications (I Think Something Concerning Blood Group O+).

Any Advice Or Experience Will Be Appreciated.

If you can, get him acha(i think the English name is hungry rice). When I was in jos there was this bread made from acha specificcally meant for those suffering from diabetes.Acha is also used in making swallow(tuwon acha).

It's applicable to all banks. All you have to do is to get a separate account,but don't collect the ATM card for this account and ensure the account is not in anyway linked to your line. With the above measures you have no means of accessing the money in that account.
What you do IMMEDIATELY you get your salary is, you calculate 30%of your salary and transfer it to the new account. For your 20000 naira salary, 30% would be 6000 Naira. You are left with 14000 which you have to manage till your next salary comes.
..About surviving on 14000, I would advise you endeavour to cook your food yourself.Take 8000 from that money to purchase foodstuffs, this should be able to sustain you till your next salary.

I have this other account which I have no ATM card for, and I also contacted my bank to discontinue all mobile transactions linking my SIM to that ccount. What I always do is, I transfer 30% of my earnings to that account irrespective of whether it comes late or in bits. What I have left to spend at this stage is 70% of my earning. No matter what I am not touching the money in the other account till I have saved enough for something tangible.

Before you do your permutations just know that the next senate would be made up of more of PDP, all three senators that won in Plateau and Benue are from PDP. Not forgetting the three senatorial seats in Rivers state already in the bag for PDP.
Lets just watch and see. The drama would be a very interesting one.

I think it is due to its proximity to PDP on the ballot paper. A lot of people that voted for that party did so thinking they voted for PDP. I almost made the same mistake.
