Jobs/Vacancies › Re: Nigerian Navy Direct Short Service Course Aspirants(dssc) 2015 by SONKOko(m): 11:46am On Apr 23, 2019 |
Hello all, please I wrote the aptitude test that was conducted for navy Ratings (NNBTS) 2 Saturdays ago and I am hopeful that I will be shortlisted for screening.
My question is; can a retired person sign for me as guarantor? If yes, will the form be accepted without the guarantor stamping it?
Thanks |

Hi guys. I bought this LED TV and when I connect it to local antenna and did digital auto scan, it's receiving startimes channels. But apart from startimes guide, the other channels are displaying 'content scrambled'. Please does anyone know how I can make the channels to be showing even if it requires me subscring. Thanks |

Dlee1: Your TV has an inbuilt DVB-T2 functionality. This is not magic or something new... most LED smart TV has the DVB-T2 or DVB-T functionality. Some even come with DVB-S2 functionality. My new led TV is also receiving startimes channels. But apart from startimes guide, other channels are locked (they are displaying 'content scrambled' ). Is there anyway these channels can be unlocked? |

ejibaba: First batch is out and approved by senate....second batch is by September Thank you for your reply. Before now, the minimum credit unit to graduate for DE communication technology students used to be 90 units. But recently below the registrable courses for comm tech they put 90 compulsory courses + 20 electives making total of 110 units as the minimum credit units for graduation. My question is do you know if this will take effect immediately i.e affect those that are supposed to graduate this year? |

birshi: my study center don't help. they said I should only go to Lagos. any advice on the process? Actually what I meant with my first post is that you will write a letter addressed to The director, Exam and Record Assessment requesting for your transcript to be released to you with your study centre copied. Then submit it to Exam and Record Assessment in Lagos after your SC must have stamped it. I dont know if there are other ways to go about it. That's the way I know. |

uau: he submitted his project.
if you doubt, post the matriculation number and i will prove that he indeed submitted his project.
the result is not yet out on the portal but it is ready on their intranet portal and it is from there that results are harvested. Joe50 don't post someone else's Matric Number on a public forum without his/her consent. uau what Joe50 is saying is possible. There has been cases where students were awarded grade for courses they didn't do. Perhaps they mistakenly gave the said guy grade for project. |

nogames: Just calm everything will be sorted out. Maybe they need to get some info from your formal sch. If u are in Lagos go to HQ for info This was the first thing that came to my mind when a staff at my SC told me that all graduating students that came in through DE were not included in the graduating list. But for God's sake they could have done the verification long ago. Using myself as a case study. I started the programme in 2012, are they saying that they couldn't find a convenient month in about 36 months for the verification. On a second thought, if this was actually the cause. Is NOUN telling us that they have not been able to get info of all the DE students from their previous schools? |

I applied through direct entry and I have done my screening but am yet to pay the necessary fees because the issue you said. Ok. I will advice you not to pay for now until they state the reason(s) why DE names were omitted from the graduating list. |
