Don't say from east to west, say from east to Lagos. Wetin an Igbo man dey find for Oyo, Osun, Ondo, Ekiti or Ogun. FYI, Lagos is not a Yorubaland... Lagos is a Portuguese name and Eko is a Bini name... Lagos was built by all tribes!
Besides, there are over 500,000 of your people in Anambra state alone!!!! grin grin

https://tribuneonlineng.com/no-fight-between-us-and-igbos-in-anambra-yoruba-community-debunks-rumour/
who is your father? To tell me my state of origin and ancestral land Lagos is not Yoruba land? I guess it’s ibo land since your ancestors have coveted it for so long and can’t ever be proud of your worthless land. You are a migrant and so shall it be to the end of time, when the time comes we will remind you savages how your ancestors migrated here with nothing and made you fools what you can never achieve in your poverty region of South😂what an achievement. You can never rewrite history and we will be here to keep educating you idiots, even bini sef no fit talk that rubbish or why is no important monuments in Lagos named after any prominent son from there? Not even a governor? We don’t even share border, culture and we have nothing in common with you fools but yet want to die here and be buried in alaibo since it a turned a burial ground. You should have a sober reflection rather than you chest beating…now koshi danu😂

Thank GOD you admit you're a child of hate and children of fallen demons...And to answer your devilish question, we can't leave because your people live with us too and they're accommodated, all in one country called Nigeria governed under constitutional grounds with no restricted areas of abode! Nobody owns any geopolitical zone, most of you and your people are just naturally dumb and stupid to be unnecessarily wicked while your own people enjoy our calm togetherness here... It's just so sad... Think about it, child! Repentance isn't late!
see how watery your excuse is, you can tell that to the birds. Before you masturbate all over the place, you batter check the trend of migration from east to west and that will give you your answer. Honestly I don’t know the water they give you people to drink in that your gully enclaves that make some of you retards come online and be capping nonsense because you savage are just shameless. Now you hiding under Nigerian constitution. Why not remain in your unproductive region and continue beating your chest make poverty reformat your brain😂😂werey

Lagos is the only southwestern state that can produce non-indigenous wealthy people. You see osun, ondo, kwara, Oyo, ogun, and Ekiti, those ones have no indigenous millionaires let alone non-indigenous ones. Lagos is their UK. I remember lodging in Ekiti in January, I was told to bathe in a nearby river if I needed to have a bath. I was given dirty wrapper, bucket and soap. While we were still discussing, I saw an army of bedbugs dancing around the corner. I had to forfeit the #1500 per night I already paid and left before they mined my skul.
Ogun state is so backward that they call primary school college:

Lagos is built by the colonialists and non-indigenes. Yorubas contribution to the growth of Lagos is puny and can easily go unnoticed

Edited: kwara is north central, but a former Yoruba state that was forcefully snatched from the loudspeaking cowards
the same Sw your generation won die put😂 Dey play u hear! You are even a low lifer, for you to lodge in an hotel of #1,500 so wet in you expect? Ode oshi..go see how your people Dey die for road accidents everyday just to escape that jungle you called home🤣🤣🤣

Nigeria relies on imports and trade not manufacturing. So clearly, the industries in the SW are not contributing more than the Igbo traders.
Now you admit that the Igbos are making quick money.
As for being put out of business, there are over 100 industries in the SW that have been put out if business in the last 6 years and many are in terrible shape.
Even a giant like GSK had to go out but the Igbo traders still stands.
I just confirm you be real Mugu, comparing petty traders with manufacturing companies? Let even have agree some have closed down, does that mean others are not functioning. And what is your total value of all your petty business in Lagos compared to a company like just dangote? You must really be sick with all this rubbish comparison. You need to really educate yourself because you are just disgracing your ancestors

We sell the same thing because people keep buying it. If no one is buying we would have gone out of business.
Why I agree that the SW has more industries but still we import most products. That is to tell you that the SW industries have very low industrial output compared to import and trade. In Nigeria of today, there is more money in import and trade than manufacturing.
honestly you re really not sound, just take a look at what you just typed? Most of the goods you buy in the markets are produced from where? And how does a country grow, when all we do is import? Thats why you people import all manner of nonsense and resell just to make quick money and you call that business. Dont worry na small time remain you guys will be put out of business

Lol if the German example is not good enough for you then how about Singapore. It produces very little but it's a top top trader nation.
As I keep saying, no need to insult you. I will just keep schooling you. Dubia is another city that depends on trade and not manufacturing.
go and educate your petty trade association with your nonsensical comparism, and you even keep making stupid comparism just to make a point lol, you are a petty trader that buy and sell to make lil profit, and you guys sell almost the samething, so tell me who go buy am, if not the people who have the purchasing power and largely that can be found in the Sw not just lagos. Now let me educate you further most yorubas are working in blue chip companies and mostly in the corporate world, and we also have industries scattered around Sw majorly Lagos, ogun and oyo and some in other Sw state, this industries are majorly employed by yorubas and also we have human capacity even in the unskilled sector. More compare with an average ibo who is majorly a trader, that buys and sell, who will have higher purchasing power? Its just commonsense i just to i needed to educate you since you obviously lack one and i wont engage you further!

Mugu, you are not inteligent and probably a school drop out thats why your comparism as been really stupid. You are comparing a manufacturing companies that produce and export with a local trader that sells imported substandard goods? You sbould be ashamed of yourself for coming to a public forum to display your lack of education. I am done with you before you bring me down to your level😂...have a nice day!

so who are majority of the buyers if not yorubas, and not just Lagos but the entire Sw.why not go do your people in alaibo that favour if hunger no go kill you😂

[quote author=tctrills post=125930013]Without the other tribes, Lagos would be just like Ogun, Oyo, Ekiti, or Osun or maybe worse. The only difference Lagos had is the non indigene factor. So before you start complaining of stressing your resources, count your blessings and be grateful for the presence of Igbo.thank you for the blessing, now go and bless your land and those Sw state you mentioned are experiencing development each day compared to your alaibo, Abi which Eastern state get industries reach Ogun or even higher institutions? More education for you.
The argument of overstressed infrastructure is actually childish. There is no economy in an unused resource. Every great city in the world grew as more people came to depend on its resources. It's only on Nairaland that you get the argument that a growing city is somehow an economic disadvantage.
Globally, dipopulating cities are getting poorer. Eg Detroit. And cities with growing population are getting Richer Eg Jakarta.
thats why I am trying to educate you shukudi,we didn’t beg for the population, or did you get a special invite to Lagos? I just want you to know with or without Ibos Lagos will always be great and your tax it any only contributes little to Govt purse. The major contributors are the manufacturing and PayE being collected as tax from organised structures not your informal sector of which a lot of you still invade tax so rest with all this stories😂
