I was not born during the uncivil war, agreed, but am also not stupid.

A "technocrat" in Gowon's cabinet boldly stated that "...starvation is a tool for war.... I cannot see why we continue to feed OUR ENEMIES fat....." Then I ask, why fighting to reabsorb your "enemies" to live with you? Does that even make sense? It amazes me that a group of people almost idolize this man.

If we were holding "south southerners" captive, then why not liberate those areas and leave us alone? Why fighting to absorb us also? Why blowing women, children and other civilians in various igbo markets to shreds? Yet you want us to fully embrace one Nigeria without seeking justice or questioning your actions?

Listen, if you think you can intimidate pro biafrans like me with words like " were you even born during the war?" then your IQ is low. I was not agitating for war. I am agitating for self determination, and really, its no big deal in civilized climes, except in Nigeria.

Whenever I try to let go of the Biafra dream, Nigeria's madness of insecurity, corruption, ethnicism, religious violence, low education standard due to quota system, etc keeps my hands clasped in prayers for a new nation where "Nigerian syndrome" will not interfere.

I don't have to hate Nigeria in order to seek self determination, however, i will 'militantly' desire and pursue it if I notice that there concerted effort to kill it.

Obasanjo, Gowon, Buhari, et al... There men and women who are alive and older than you by far that witnessed the war, even more educated than you. Do you expect me to disbelieve them and believe YOU? You must be dreaming.

Though still Nigerian like a couple about to divorce, I dream of a new biafra, and when I get it, I leave in peace.
