There is interim order / injunction given on the BASIS of ex parte application and interlocutory order / injunction based on motion on notice. Yes thats the mischevious interpretation that favours NBC. The truth However is that with the Addition of "ante bellum"..."Status quo ante bellum", the mischevious interpretation cannot stand. Status quo ante bellum means the state of affairs before the war... This means before "the act of war" of licence revocation. The order therefore is for the licence to be restored pending the hearing of the substantive motion on notice

The law is that he who alleges most prove! The judge and yourself are the ones alleging that the church is constituting a nuisance therefore you bear the burden of proof!
This is not a matter of religion.. The judge should have reported to the appropriate government agency for investigation and appropriate action if the church is found wanting! The (dis)honourable (in)justice of the court of appeal instead chose to act most shamefully and in gross violation of the principle of the rule of law. There is a process for seeking redress if indeed a wrong was committed by the church (which is yet to be proven).. The judge did not follow the process and chose to take the law into her own hands.. Disgraceful!

Obviously you didnt read the part of the story which says that the church was allocated the land, got government approval for church use and moved to the site 20 years before the judge bought her property beside it. The judge knew there was a church beside the property she wanted to buy and still went ahead to buy it! If she knew she could not live next to a church, she shouldnt have bought the property!
