Please gurus in the house, i am a novice when it comes to Database management. However, due to the experience I've had at my workplace, i decided that if i must make progress, some upgrades have to be done. That is the reason why i want to have knowledge of Database. But my questions are;
Which is the most viable and most sort after among all the DBM programmes??
Can i get a free online tutorial and if yes, Where??
How long does it take to master the one you suggested

Chiscomax: i am willing to help u bro... i used srsroot but it didnt work at first... make sure u put ur phone iin usb dabugging mode by going to settings-applicatons-development-then click usb debugging mode... then connect ur phone to ur pc but make sure ur pc is connected to the inernet... connect ur phone via usb to ya pc and open srsroot then click root(smart mode).. wait until it shows completed. ur phone might restart at a stage. wait for like 2minutes after the phone restarts and click ok on the srsroot to complete the process

Please, mine still refuses to root. i've tried smsroot and visionary/terminal emulator yet I was unable to root it. Chiscomax and others biko help your brother. My phone is running on Andriod 2.3.4.

I thought I was alone on this Access thieving. Left a balance of #7450 in my access bank account last year December. but by March this year my balance crippled to #5770.11k. I'll be going there tomorrow to empty that account ASAP.

Suspected Fulani herdsmen working in Osu, headquarters of Atakumosa West Local Government Area of Osun State have reportedly killed two persons and injured four others in the town during a clash between them and some natives.
The herdsmen, now at large were said to have slaughtered an old man and beaten one other person to death while others were injured. Trouble started in the town when some herdsmen allegedly robbed along Ile-Ife/Ilesa road in Osu last Thursday, carting away valuables. It was learnt that the search among the herdsmen led to a fracas between some Fulanis and the residents which later resulted in the killing of the natives.
Daily Sun reliably gathered that the herdsmen in the town later attacked some residents and thereby killing two persons.
The deceased and the injured victims according to competent sources, were taken to Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospital (OAUTH), Ile-Ife where they were still receiving treatment. It was learnt that the corpses of the deceased had been deposited at the morgue of the hospital.
Police Public Relations Officer in Osun State, Mrs Folashade Odoro could not be reached to confirm the incident, but an officer of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) in the area who preferred anonymity, told Daily Sun that arrest had been made by the security agencies in the town and that efforts were on to arrest the herdsmen involved in the killing.

The Revenge of the Spare Tires

Be careful what you joke about, it may come to hunt you. A few years ago some Governors made light the role of their deputies by referring to them as spare tires. They were ostensibly of no value unless there was a burst tire. These Governors believed that as the Firestone adverts suggest these days a spare was mainly for decoration and fulfilling all righteousness since tires are so well made now.
To prove their point many appointed not so smart people as deputies. As if that was not enough only one of the hoards of retiring Governors in 2007 backed their deputies. Subsequent developments may now indicate those Governors may not have been so smart. In the politics of opportunism that dominate the behavior of part of the power elite whose conduct are not necessarily dictated by the common good or the big picture those spare tires may turn out to be the only hand to play. Peter Odili’s testimony in his forthcoming memoirs show how that can happen in an arrangement like the PDP.
Those with a good sense of humor see today’s Aso Rock as a spare tires solidarity front. They recall how party loving south-south Governors contemptuously kept out their deputies and when they were in good spirits used them almost as butlers. This resulted in bonding between those who eventually profited from the move to stop Odili. One frustrated fellow in a club described current Nigerian challenges as the conspiracy and revenge of the spare tires.
More seriously though the events of 2012 suggest that the claims on tire indestructibillity are slightly exaggerated. With helicopters and private jets falling from the skies, ill health demobilizing quite a few, we have a real challenge to the claims of tire manufacturers. Some states are now in danger of being governed by people who were just grateful to be escorted around by pilot cars with sirens and never expected to ever make an important decision.
If the truth be told part of the reason for the choice of weak deputies is the insecurity of the gubernatorial aspirants. If they are self assured they would know that very capable deputies were assets, not threats. Fear of deputies is the product of politics of the stomach and pocket rather than of service and advance of the common good. The voters desire, demand and deserve competent, committed, and capable deputies at the centre and in the states. PU
